Objectives of Study：

Correlation between left atrial function and cardiac autonomic nervous regulation in patients with ventricular premature beats under different loads

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

30岁＜年龄＜65岁患者；24小时动态心电图诊断为室性早搏患者。

Inclusion criteria

Patients aged 30 years <65 years; diagnosed as ventricular premature beats by 24-hour Holter.

排除标准：

心脏瓣膜置换术后;心脏瓣膜病、心肌病、先天性心脏病；心功能不全、肾功能不全；具有心脏起搏器；冠状动脉搭桥术及支架术后；恶性肿瘤；超声图像显示不清及临床资料缺失患者。

Exclusion criteria：

Patients after cardiac valve replacement; cardiac valve disease, cardiomyopathy, congenital heart disease; cardiac insufficiency, renal insufficiency; patients with cardiac pacemaker; patients after coronary artery bypass grafting and stent implantation; patients with malignant tumor; patients with unclear ultrasound image and missing clinical data.

数据采集采用纸质病例报告表，采用双人独立录入后比对控制质量；对存储的数据进行备份，以防止意外情况导致数据丢失；确保数据采集和管理过程中的个人信息和重要数据不被泄露。

Paper case report forms are used for data collection, and quality control is carried out after double independent entry; stored data are backed up to prevent data loss caused by accidents; personal information and important data in the process of data collection and management are not disclosed.
