研究目的：

本研究旨在通过分析术前睡眠质量与术后食欲减退之间的关系，明确术前睡眠质量是否为患者术后食欲减退的独立危险因素，旨在为临床制定针对性的术前睡眠干预措施提供理论依据，以降低术后食欲减退的发生率，促进患者术后康复。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aimed to analyze the relationship between preoperative sleep quality and postoperative appetite loss, and to determine whether preoperative sleep quality serves as an independent risk factor for postoperative appetite loss in patients. The findings are intended to provide a theoretical basis for developing targeted preoperative sleep interventions, thereby reducing the incidence of postoperative appetite loss and facilitating patient recovery.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 符合美国麻醉师学会（ASA）分级Ⅰ~ Ⅲ级; 2. 年龄>=65岁; 3. 计划行择期下肢骨科手术的患者。

Inclusion criteria

1. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status classification I–III; 2. age>= 65 years; 3. scheduled for elective orthopedic lower limb Surgery.

排除标准：

1. 术前营养不良（Mini Nutritional Assessment, MNA评分<17）； 2. 胃肠动力障碍病史； 3. 术前服用GLP-1类似物等影响食欲的药物； 4. 术后需长期禁食>=7天或依赖肠外营养； 5. 术后预计转入ICU； 6. 存在重度痴呆或其他严重认知障碍，无法沟通或理解调查人员评估量表者； 7. 短期内需接受二次手术； 8. 拒绝签署知情同意书或无法配合研究协议的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Preoperative malnutrition (Mini Nutritional Assessment, MNA score <17); 2. History of gastrointestinal motility disorder; 3. Preoperative use of GLP-1 analogs or other appetite-suppressing medications; 4. Postoperative requirement for prolonged fasting >=7 days or dependence on parenteral nutrition; 5. Anticipated postoperative transfer to the ICU; 6. Presence of severe dementia or other significant cognitive impairment preventing communication or understanding of assessment scales; 7. Need for a second surgery within a short time frame; 8. Refusal to provide informed consent or inability to comply with the study protocol.
