观察营养指数与老年危重患者谵妄的关系，比较三种营养指数在谵妄预测模型的价值。  

Objectives of Study：

To observe the relationship between nutritional index and delirium in elderly critically ill patients and to compare the value of three nutritional indices in the delirium prediction model.

纳入标准：

1.首次入院首次进入ICU患者 2.年龄60岁以上

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients admitted to the hospital or ICU for the first time 2. Aged 60 or above

排除标准：

1.ICU停留时间<24小时 2.排除痴呆、急性精神分裂症

Exclusion criteria：

1. ICU stay < 24 hours 2. Exclude dementia and acute schizophrenia.
