探讨基于保护动机理论（PMT）的四阶梯康复训练干预方案在老年髋部骨折患者术后跌倒恐惧中的应用效果  

Objectives of Study：

Objective To investigate the effect of the four-step rehabilitation training intervention program based on the protection potivation theory (PMT) in reducing the fear of falling in elderly patients with hip fractures after surgery

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.经X线片诊断为髋部骨折；2。首次单侧髋部骨折；3.年龄≥60岁；4.愿意参加本研究且患者或照护者会使用智能手机

Inclusion criteria

1.Hip fracture diagnosed by X-ray film; 2. First unilateral hip fracture; 3. Age>= 60 years old; 4. Willing to participate in this study and the patient or caregiver will use a smartphone.

排除标准：

1.合并其他部位骨折；2.合并严重慢性病不能如期下者；3.有认知障碍者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Combined with fractures of other parts; 2.Those who are combined with serious chronic diseases and cannot be released as scheduled; 3.Those with cognitive impairment.
