研究目的：

比较烯丙雌醇片联合地屈孕酮片，与黄体酮阴道缓释凝胶联合地屈孕酮片（本中心传统黄体支持方案）进行黄体支持的有效性、安全性、经济性。  

Objectives of Study：

To compare the efficacy, safety, and cost-effectiveness of luteal-phase support using allylestrenol tablets combined with dydrogesterone tablets versus progesterone vaginal sustained-release gel combined with dydrogesterone tablets (the traditional luteal support protocol of our center).

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

20-40岁育龄期女性，首次IVF-ET 助孕治疗，采用促性腺激素释放激素拮抗剂方案超排卵，移植新鲜胚胎。

Inclusion criteria

Women of reproductive age between 20 and 40 years, undergoing their first IVF-ET treatment, with controlled ovarian stimulation using a gonadotropin-releasing hormone antagonist protocol, and receiving fresh embryo transfer.

排除标准：

存在影响胚胎着床的子宫因素（子宫畸形、黏膜下或肌壁间子宫肌瘤、子宫腺肌症）；合并复发性流产；使用供精；胚胎植入前遗传学诊断；烯丙雌醇或黄体酮凝胶使用禁忌症；体重指数<18，或>28。

Exclusion criteria：

Exclusion criteria: uterine factors affecting embryo implantation (such as uterine malformations, submucosal or intramural fibroids, adenomyosis), history of recurrent pregnancy loss, use of donor sperm, preimplantation genetic testing, contraindications to allylestrenol or progesterone gel, and body mass index <18 or >28.
