研究目的：

观察胸腺切除术治疗AChR-Ab阳性重症肌无力患者的长期预后。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the long-term prognosis of thymectomy in patients with AChR-Ab–positive myasthenia gravis.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.不限年龄、男女不限； 2.诊断为重症肌无力，在具有典型 MG 临床特征(波动性肌无力)的基础上,满足以下 3 点中的任意一点即可做出诊断 （1）经单纤维肌电图或重复神经刺激证实的神经肌肉传递异常病史； （2）新斯的明试验阳性史； （3）AchR抗体血清学检测阳性(检测方法RIA 和CBA)； 3.临床资料完整。

Inclusion criteria

1. There is no age limit, male or female; 2. Diagnosis of myasthenia gravis, based on the typical clinical features of MG (fluctuating myasthenia), the diagnosis can be made by meeting any of the following 3 points (1) History of abnormal neuromuscular transmission confirmed by single-fiber electromyography or repetitive nerve stimulation; (2) history of positive neostigmine test; (3) Positive serological test of AchR antibody (detection method: RIA and CBA); 3. Complete clinical data.

排除标准：

1.胸腺瘤合并MG患者. 2.伴有精神性疾病或家族史； 3.除胸腺瘤外合并其它恶性肿瘤病史。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with thymoma and MG. 2. Concomitant psychiatric illness or family history; 3. History of other malignant tumors other than thymoma.
