研究目的：

提出一种新的LC手术中胆囊三角解剖的关键技术，旨在更为安全、简便、有效的施行LC手术。  

Objectives of Study：

This study proposes a novel key technique for dissecting the Calot's triangle in laparoscopic cholecystectomy (LC), aiming to perform the procedure with greater safety, simplicity, and efficacy.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1)年龄14岁及以上 2)术前诊断为胆囊结石，伴或不伴胆囊炎，拟行腹腔镜下胆囊切除术的患者。

Inclusion criteria

1). Aged 14 years or older. 2). Preoperatively diagnosed with gallstones, with or without cholecystitis, and scheduled for laparoscopic cholecystectomy.

排除标准：

1）合并胆总管结石，急性胰腺炎 2）存在严重心肺功能障碍，无法耐受腹腔镜手术 3）术中更改手术方式，如中转开腹、联合行胆总管切开探查等 4）不同意参与本研究或无法参与本研究的患者

Exclusion criteria：

1) Presence of common bile duct stones or acute pancreatitis. 2) Severe cardiopulmonary dysfunction, rendering the patient ineligible for laparoscopic surgery. 3) Intraoperative conversion of the surgical procedure, e.g., to open laparotomy or combined common bile duct exploration. 4) Patient refusal or inability to participate in the study.
