研究目的：

1.ARDS俯卧位通气前后肾脏灌注的变化； 2.ARDS俯卧位通气的有效性与肾脏灌注变化是否有关。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Changes in renal perfusion before and after prone ventilation in ARDS; 2. Whether the effectiveness of prone ventilation in ARDS is related to changes in renal perfusion.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

符合ARDS诊断标准（柏林定义）的患者。 年龄≥18岁。 需要机械通气治疗。 需要进行俯卧位通气的患者。

Inclusion criteria

1.Patients who meet the diagnostic criteria for ARDS (Berlin definition); 2. Age >= 18 years; 3.Require mechanical ventilation; 4.Require prone position ventilation.

排除标准：

- 存在俯卧位通气禁忌证，如脊柱不稳定、腹部手术切口未愈合等。 - 植入式心脏电子设备（起搏器/除颤器） - 胸腔内金属植入物（如脊柱固定器） - 胸部大面积开放性伤口或电极贴敷区皮肤破损 - 严重皮下气肿（影响电流传导） - 胸腔引流管大量漏气 - 体重指数（Body Mass Index，BMI） > 40 kg/m2（肥胖显著降低图像质量） - 血流动力学极不稳定（需频繁抢救操作） - 孕妇、儿童等特殊人群需个体化评估安全性（现有证据有限）。 - 拒绝参与本研究或无法获得知情同意。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Presence of contraindications for prone ventilation, such as spinal instability or unhealed abdominal surgical incision; 2. Implanted cardiac electronic devices (pacemaker/defibrillator); 3. Intrathoracic metal implants (e.g., spinal fixation devices); 4. Large open chest wounds or skin damage in the area where electrodes are applied; 5.Severe subcutaneous emphysema (affecting electrical conduction); 6.Significant air leakage from chest drainage tubes; 7.Body mass index (BMI) > 40 kg/m^2 (obesity significantly reduces image quality); 8.Hemodynamically extremely unstable (requiring frequent resuscitation); 9.Special populations such as pregnant women and children require individualized safety assessment (limited existing evidence); 10.Refusal to participate in this study or inability to obtain informed consent.
