研究目的：

探究高睡眠反应性对青少年抑郁障碍发生发展的作用，阐明其神经生物学机制，为青少年抑郁症的机制研究、早期干预和预防提供理论依据和新方向。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to explore the role of high sleep reactivity in the onset and development of depressive disorders in adolescents, elucidate the underlying neurobiological mechanisms, and provide theoretical basis and new directions for the mechanism research, early intervention, and prevention of adolescent depression.

纳入标准：

1.年龄在10至19岁健康个体，性别不限； 2.无睡眠障碍或失眠史，参与者需满足以下条件：每周至少5晚能在15分钟内入睡，且夜间醒来时间少于15分钟，且这种情况在过去6个月内持续稳定。这一标准旨在确保参与者为习惯性良好睡眠者； 3.参与者的基线睡眠日记评估显示良好的睡眠（即睡眠潜伏期（SL）≤15分钟，夜间醒来时间（WASO）≤15分钟，每周至少5个夜晚）； 4.能接受为期两年的随访； 5.能提供知情同意。

Inclusion criteria

1.Healthy individuals aged 10 to 19 years, regardless of gender;
2.No history of sleep disorders or insomnia. Participants must meet the following criteria: being able to fall asleep within 15 minutes on at least 5 nights per week, with nighttime wake-up time less than 15 minutes, and this condition has been stable over the past 6 months. This criterion ensures that participants are habitual good sleepers;
3.Baseline sleep diary assessment indicates good sleep (i.e., sleep latency [SL] ≤ 15 minutes, wake after sleep onset [WASO] ≤ 15 minutes, on at least 5 nights per week);
4.Willingness to participate in a two-year follow-up;
5.Ability to provide informed consent.

排除标准：

1.既往或当前符合任何 DSM-5 诊断标准的精神障碍；2.癫痫病史；3.患有严重不稳定的躯体疾病者，如临床症状明显的肝病、甲状腺疾病、冠状动脉疾病、心律异常或心力衰竭病史，或有研究者认为可排除的任何医学症状（如不稳定的心血管、肺、肾或胃肠道疾病）。

Exclusion criteria：

1.A history of or current psychiatric disorder that meets any DSM-5 diagnostic criteria;
2.A history of epilepsy;
3.Severe and unstable medical conditions, such as clinically significant liver disease, thyroid disease, coronary artery disease, arrhythmia, or heart failure, or any medical symptoms that the investigators deem exclusionary (e.g., unstable cardiovascular, pulmonary, renal, or gastrointestinal diseases).
