研究目的：

1.主要研究目的 (必需)： 构建“村医→隔代监护人”宣教模式，采用以镇为单位，开展整群随机对照研究。通过形成村医与隔代监护人、父母（视频远程）、女童四方HPV疫苗接种及健康知识的宣教模式，形成接种决策，从而提高低卫生资源地区留守女童HPV疫苗接种率。并将此模式应用推广至其他低卫生资源地区及其他疫苗的接种。 2.次要研究目的： ① 共同决策接种意愿：比较两组在不考虑经济或其他条件下，女童及家人的决策意愿。 ② 隔代监护人及父母的疫苗信心：采用疫苗信心量表评估（8个条目，3个维度） ③隔代监护人及父母HP疫苗接种及宫颈癌认知度  

Objectives of Study：

Primary objective: ?To evaluate the effectiveness of a novel educational model, "Village Doctors to Intergenerational Guardians," in improving HPV vaccination rates among 9-14-year-old left-behind girls in rural areas of China. Secondary objective: ?To evaluate vaccination willing in two group: We will examine decision-Making of the girls and their families are to choose vaccination. ?To evaluate confidence in vaccination in two group: We will measure the confidence in vaccines among the guardians and parents using a standardized scale. ?To measure knowledge about HPV and Cervical Cancer in two group: We will assess the level of understanding that intergenerational guardians and parents have regarding HPV vaccination and cervical cancer

纳入标准：

①. 留守9-14岁女童，其中留守女童的定义为：父母双方或一方在外打工而被留在家乡的＜18岁女生 ②. 由隔代监护人照顾 ③. 未接种过HPV疫苗

Inclusion criteria

1.Girls aged 9-14 who are left-behind, with both their parents working away from home; 2.Girls with intergenerational care; 3.Girls who have not previously received the HPV vaccine.

排除标准：

① 有HPV疫苗接种禁忌症 ② 监护人不能理解本研究内容

Exclusion criteria：

1.Girls with contraindications for HPV vaccination; 2.Guardians who are unable to understand the content of the study.

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

This platform features customizable forms, automatic reminders for non-respondents, and role-based access controls with domain restrictions.
