本研究旨在开发针对抑郁的网络化积极情绪疗法的微信小程序，测试该小程序的可行性、可接受性、对抑郁等症状的干预效果及影响因素，进一步考察奖励敏感性在抑郁干预中的中介作用机制。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to develop a wechat applet of internet-based positive emotion therapy for depression, test the feasibility, acceptability, intervention effect on depression and other symptoms and influencing factors of the applet, and further investigate the mediating mechanism of reward sensitivity in depression intervention.

PHQ-9得分高于4分的在校大学生

Inclusion criteria

Current college students with a score higher than 7 on the DASS-21 depression subscale

排除标准：

认知受损或无法正常使用智能手机；有自伤自杀意念或行为；目前正在参与其他心理学实验；目前正在接受专业的心理咨询或心理治疗

Exclusion criteria：

Cognitive impairment or inability to use a smartphone normally; presence of self-harm or suicidal thoughts or behaviors; current participation in other psychological experiments; currently receiving professional psychological counseling or therapy.

iPAT 干预使用移动网络化PAT干预程序进行。干预程序基于PAT的核心干预技术（Hayes et al.， 2006），结合图片、文字和音频形式展示PAT治疗原理。干预程序分为七个单元。被试需要完成七个单元的自助治疗，每四天一个单元，每个单元耗时30-60分钟，整个干预过程持续42天。七个单元采用逐一解锁的模式。通过后台数据库掌控被试的干预进度，如果超过3天未完成，将通过微信提醒被试完成干预。其他的无人工干预。

Intervention：

The iPAT intervention was conducted using a mobile web-based PAT intervention program. The intervention program was based on the core intervention technology of PAT (Hayes et al., 2006), and the principles of PAT were demonstrated by combining pictures, text and audio. The intervention program was divided into seven units. Participants were required to complete seven units of self-help therapy, one unit every four days, each unit took 30 to 60 minutes, and the whole intervention lasted for 28 days. Seven units were unlocked one by one. The intervention progress of the subjects was controlled through the background database. If the intervention was not completed for more than five days, the subjects would be reminded to complete the intervention through wechat. The others had no manual intervention.
