研究目的：

筛选出食管癌特异性的唾液miRNA和口腔微生物组合的生物标志物，结合临床信息构建出对食管癌高风险人群的风险分层模型。相关研究结果可作为研究基础，为后续筛查试剂盒研发奠基。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to identify a panel of esophageal cancer-specific biomarkers comprising salivary miRNAs and oral microorganisms. Integrated with clinical information, this panel will be used to construct a risk stratification model for high-risk populations. The findings will serve as a foundational study for the subsequent development of a screening kit.

纳入标准：

纳入标准：（1）年龄大于等于 18 周岁；（2）研究参与者已经接受或计划接受食管内镜检查，并可获得内镜检查结果或组织病理检测结果；（3）同意参加本研究，并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

Subjects must meet all of the following criteria:(1) Aged >= 18 years; (2) Have undergone or are scheduled to undergo esophageal endoscopy, with available results from the endoscopic examination or histopathological testing; (3)Willing to participate in the study and capable of providing written informed consent.

排除标准：

排除标准：（1）哺乳或妊娠妇女；（2）既往食管癌肿瘤史；（3）既往已接受食管癌相关临床治疗性干预如手术、放疗、化疗、靶向治疗、免疫治疗等；（4）近 5 年内患有除食管癌外的其他原发恶性肿瘤患者（既往被确诊为其他癌种，经过治疗并稳定超过 5 年的康复患者可入组）；（5）患有严重的心、肺、肝、肾功能不全或其他严重的系统性疾病；（6）患有感染性疾病，如乙肝、丙肝及 HIV 感染等；（7）存在无法配合研究要求的精神障碍或心理疾病；（8）因取样问题，无法满足研究检测要求的；（9）其他由研究者判断不适宜参加本临床研究者。

Exclusion criteria：

Participants will be excluded if they meet any of the following criteria: (1) Women who are currently lactating or pregnant; (2) History of esophageal cancer; (3) Previous receipt of any therapeutic intervention for esophageal cancer (e.g., surgery, radiotherapy, chemotherapy, targeted therapy, or immunotherapy); (4) Diagnosis of any other primary malignancy within the past 5 years (except for individuals with a history of other cancers who have completed treatment and remained disease-free for over 5 years, who may be enrolled); (5) Severe impairment of cardiac, pulmonary, hepatic, or renal function, or any other severe systemic disease; (6) Active infectious diseases such as Hepatitis B, Hepatitis C, or HIV infection; (7) Presence of psychiatric or psychological disorders that would compromise the ability to comply with study requirements; (8) Inability to meet the sample collection requirements for the study's detection assays; (9) Any other condition deemed by the investigator to make the participant unsuitable for the clinical study.
