研究目的：

收集骨肉瘤样本进行单细胞和空间转录组测序分析，探索微环境中基质细胞与免疫细胞之间的互作影响，探索潜在靶向干预骨肉瘤的生物标志物。  

Objectives of Study：

We will collect osteosarcoma samples for single-cell and spatial transcriptome sequencing to investigate the interactions between stromal and immune cells in the tumor microenvironment and to identify potential biomarkers for targeted intervention.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

入组患者均接受CSCO指南（2024版）推荐标准骨肉瘤新辅助化疗方案，无新型药物和新型干预措施。 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

All enrolled patients received the standard osteosarcoma neoadjuvant chemotherapy regimen recommended by the CSCO guidelines (2024), excluding any novel agents or interventions. 

纳入标准：

1.　病理确诊为普通型骨肉瘤 2.　19岁≤年龄≤40岁 3.　符合CSCO指南（2024版）新辅助化疗适应征 4.　确诊后接受术前新辅助治疗 5.　可取得肿物标本（术前诊断性活检以及手术标本）； 6.　可取得完整的病理报告。 7.　自愿入组并签署知情同意书

Inclusion criteria

1. Pathologically confirmed diagnosis of conventional osteosarcoma. 2. Age between 19 and 40 years, inclusive. 3. Meets the indications for neoadjuvant chemotherapy per the CSCO guidelines (2024 version). 4. Scheduled to receive or has undergone preoperative neoadjuvant therapy following diagnosis. 5. Availability of tumor specimens (from pre-treatment diagnostic biopsy and subsequent surgical resection). 6. Availability of a complete pathological report. 7. Voluntarily enrollment and provision of signed informed consent.

排除标准：

1.　拒绝签署知情同意书 2.　伴随其他严重的系统性疾病、恶性肿瘤等 3.　既往任何原因接受细胞毒化疗、内分泌治疗、生物治疗或放射治疗； 4.　新辅助治疗方案不在本研究限定的新辅助治疗方案中； 5.　研究者判断不适合入组的其他情况。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Refused to sign the informed consent form. 2. Presence of concomitant severe systemic diseases, other malignancies, etc. 3. Any prior treatment with cytotoxic chemotherapy, endocrine therapy, biotherapy, or radiotherapy for any reason. 4. The planned neoadjuvant therapy regimen deviates from the protocols defined in this study. 5. Any other condition deemed by the investigator as unsuitable for enrollment.
