研究目的：

检测脓毒症患者发生急性肾损伤时血液和尿液中相关肾损伤分子（KIM-1、NGAL）及铁死亡标志物（MDA、GSH）、m6A修饰水平及NETs标志物（ELISA）检测结果，探索脓毒症相关急性肾损伤的临床特征。 （1）揭示S100A9通过TLR4和RAGE信号通路在脓毒症肾损伤中的角色；（2）阐明METTL3介导的GPX4 m6A修饰在铁死亡中的调控机制。  

Objectives of Study：

Detecting relevant kidney injury molecules (KIM-1, NGAL) and ferroptosis markers (MDA, GSH), m6A modification levels, and NETs markers (ELISA) in the blood and urine of patients with sepsis to explore the clinical characteristics of sepsis-related acute kidney injury. (1) Reveal the role of S100A9 in sepsis kidney injury through TLR4 and RAGE signaling pathways; (2) Clarify the regulatory mechanism of METTL3-mediated GPX4 m6A modification in ferroptosis.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.自愿签署知情同意书，并遵循方案要求；
2.年龄18至75周岁（包括18及75周岁），性别不限；
3.脓毒症患者；

Inclusion criteria

1.Voluntarily sign the informed consent form and comply with the requirements of the protocol.
2.Age between 18 and 75 years old (including 18 and 75 years old), gender unspecified.
3.Sepsis patients;

排除标准：

1.孕期或哺乳期女性；
2.既往严重的肾功能不全患者（接受肾脏替代治疗的患者）；
3.研究者认为不适合参加本临床试验的其他情况；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Pregnant or lactating women;
2.Patients with a history of severe renal insufficiency (patients receiving renal replacement therapy);
3.The researchers believe other circumstances that are not suitable for participating in this clinical trial;
