研究目的：

以单纯抗VEGF治疗为对照组，探究玻璃体切除术联合玻璃体腔抗VEGF治疗、曲安奈德注射对RVO-ME的治疗效果和微血管结构改变。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the effect of vitrectomy combined intravitreal anti-VEGF therapy and triamcinolone acetonide on macular edema and microvascular structure in eyes with retinal vein occlusions, compared with intravitreal anti-VEGF therapy alone.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1）2024年9月27日至2027年12月31日期间在上海市静安区市北医院眼科就诊的尚未治疗过的RVO继发黄斑水肿的患者； 2）年龄大于等于18岁； 3）CMT（central macular thickness）＞250um； 4）BCVA≤0.5； 5）RVO-ME的诊断基于临床检查结果，包括存在累及一个或多个象限的视网膜前和视网膜内火焰状出血、视网膜静脉扩张和迂曲、黄斑水肿和视网膜下液。

Inclusion criteria

1) Patients with untreated macular edema secondary to retinal vein occlusion who visited the outpatient clinic of Ophthalmology at Shanghai Jing'an District Shibei Hospital between 1 September 2024 and 31 December 2027 were enrolled. 2) age ≥ 18 years. 3) CMT (central macular thickness) >250um. 4) BCVA≤0.5. 5)The diagnosis of RVO-ME is based on clinical examination findings, including flame-shaped retinal hemorrhage or dilated and tortuous retinal veins in one or more retinal quadrants, macular edema and subretinal fluid.

排除标准：

1）既往玻璃体切除手术史； 2）既往玻璃体腔注药史或视网膜激光光凝史； 3）存在糖尿病性视网膜病变、湿性年龄相关性黄斑变性、脉络膜新生血管、黄斑裂孔、青光眼、葡萄膜炎、高度近视（＜-6.0D）、弱视等活动性眼部疾病的患者； 4）存在角膜疾病、玻璃体积血、重度白内障等所致的屈光间质混浊的患者； 5）SS-OCT图像成像质量差的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1) Those with a previous history of vitrectomy. 2) Those with a previous history of retinal laser photocoagulation or intravitreal drug injection. 3) Eyes with diabetic retinopathy, age-related macular degeneration, choroidal neovascularization, macular hole, glaucoma, uveitis and high myopia (<-6.0D), amblyopia, and any other active ocular diseases. 4) corneal disease, vitreous hemorrhage, severe cataract and other severe refracting opacity affected examinees. 5) individuals with poor-quality SS-OCT images.
