Objectives of Study：

Study on the Clinical Efficacy and Long-Term Effects of SMT in Patients with Chronic Non-Specific Neck Pain (CNSNP)

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 诊断为慢性非特异性颈痛，即颈椎解剖区域及其肌肉组织的慢性疼痛，已排除椎间盘病变、风湿性疾病或颈部肿瘤等器质性病变； 2. 复发性颈部不适持续超过3个月； 3. 过去7天内或最近一次颈痛的数字评定量表（NRS）评分在3分至8分之间（含3分和8分）； 4. 年龄在18至45岁之间； 5. 测试前无急性颈部疼痛，且身体其他部位无慢性或急性疼痛； 6. 测试前1个月内未使用阿片类止痛药、安眠药、抗焦虑药或抗抑郁药等药物； 7. 自愿参加本试验，并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Diagnosed with chronic nonspecific neck pain, defined as chronic pain in the anatomical region of the cervical spine and its surrounding musculature, excluding disc disease, rheumatic conditions, or cervical tumors; 2. Recurrent neck discomfort lasting more than 3 months; 3. Neck pain NRS score between 3 and 8 (inclusive) within the past 7 days or at the most recent episode; 4. Age between 18 and 45 years; 5. No acute neck pain or chronic/acute pain in other body regions prior to testing; 6. No use of opioid analgesics, hypnotics, or anxiolytic/antidepressant medications within one month before testing; 7. Voluntary participation in the trial with signed informed consent.

排除标准：

1. 存在神经根压迫的症状或体征； 2. 有颈部外伤史或颈部手术史； 3. 患有脊髓病变或先天性脊髓疾病； 4. 存在颈椎肿瘤或颈椎结核； 5. 患有颈肩部风湿性疾病； 6. 存在影响评估的感觉性失语、认知障碍、严重视力或听力障碍； 7. 合并严重系统性疾病，如心脏疾病、肝病、造血系统疾病或恶性肿瘤等； 8. 孕妇或哺乳期妇女； 9. 正在接受其他针对慢性非特异性颈痛的治疗，或在过去6个月内曾接受过此类治疗。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Presence of symptoms or signs of nerve root compression; 2. History of neck trauma or surgery; 3. Spinal cord lesions or congenital spinal cord disorders; 4. Cervical tumors or tuberculosis; 5. Rheumatic diseases of the neck and shoulders; 6. Sensory aphasia, cognitive impairment, or severe visual/hearing impairment that interferes with assessment; 7. Concurrent severe conditions such as cardiac disease, liver disease, hematologic disorders, or malignancies; 8. Pregnant or lactating women; 9. Patients currently receiving other treatments for chronic nonspecific neck pain, or who received such treatment within the past 6 months.
