本研究拟通过家庭干预验证家庭因素对儿童PA的影响，分析不同类型家庭因素影响的路径机制；探索影响家庭干预效果的实施性因素；构建家庭干预儿童PA的社会支持策略。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to validate the influence of family factors on children's PA through family intervention, analyze the mechanisms of the pathways of the influence of different types of family factors; explore the implementation factors affecting the effectiveness of family intervention; and construct a social support strategy for family intervention in children's PA.

纳入标准：

小学二年级8岁及以上的儿童及其家长

Inclusion criteria

Children in second grade, ages 8 and above, and their parents

排除标准：

有运动禁忌症或其他不适合中高强度身体活动的儿童，如哮喘，心脏病等；有参加专业体育训练计划的儿童。

Exclusion criteria：

Children with contraindications to exercise or otherwise unsuitable for moderate to high intensity physical activity, such as asthma, heart disease, etc.; children enrolled in a professional sports training program.

随机方法（请说明由何人用什么方法产生随机序列）：

为避免同班级儿童个体“沾染”及对可操作性的考虑，研究将以班级为单位进行区组随机，设置：分阶段干预组（干预组I），一般干预组（干预组II）和对照组。具体方法为：专业统计人员使用随机数生成程序给每所学校的3个班级随机编号1-3，然后3个班级随机进入干预组I、干预组II、对照组。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

In order to avoid "contamination" of individual children in the same class and consider the feasibility of the study, the study will be randomized in groups based on classroom, with the following groups: Intervention Group I, Intervention Group II, and a control group. A professional statistician used a random number generation program to randomly number the three classes in each school 1-3, with class numbered 1 going into Intervention Group I, class numbered 2 going into Intervention Group II, and class numbered 3 going into the Control Group.
