研究目的：

本研究将选择布比卡因脂质体肋间神经阻滞、盐酸布比卡因肋间神经阻滞、常规对照组进行比较，重点探讨布比卡因脂质体肋间神经阻滞对减轻患者术后疼痛的可能影响，同时观察患者术后恢复质量和恶心呕吐等相关术后并发症，为该类手术镇痛提供更多的临床数据，以期为完善单孔胸腔镜肺部手术围术期镇痛管理提供可靠的理论依据。  

Objectives of Study：

This study will compare bupivacaine liposome intercostal nerve block, hydrochloric acid bupivacaine intercostal nerve block, and conventional control group, focusing on exploring the possible impact of bupivacaine liposome intercostal nerve block on reducing postoperative pain in patients. At the same time, the quality of postoperative recovery and related postoperative complications such as nausea and vomiting will be observed to provide more clinical data for this type of surgical analgesia, in order to provide reliable theoretical basis for improving perioperative analgesia management in single port thoracoscopic lung surgery.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1）择期行单侧胸腔镜肺部手术； 2）18周岁≤年龄≤80周岁； 3）美国麻醉医师协会（ASA）分级I~III级。

Inclusion criteria

1) Selective unilateral thoracoscopic lung surgery; 2) 18 to 80 years old; 3) The American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) grades I-III.

排除标准：

1）局麻药使用禁忌症：穿刺部位感染、局麻药过敏、凝血功能障碍或出血风险； 2）胸壁手术区域存在感觉异常； 3）肝肾功能不全。肝功能异常：ALT＞50U/L或AST＞40U/L，或TBIL≥19×μmol/L; 肾功能异常：Cr＞112μmol/L或BUN＞7.1mmol/L或术前28天内接受过透析治疗; 4）妊娠期、哺乳期、有妊娠可能及计划妊娠； 5）术前使用阿片镇痛药物或有慢性疼痛史或阿片类药物滥用史； 6）拒绝参与的患者；

Exclusion criteria：

1) Contraindications for the use of local anesthetics: infection at the puncture site, allergy to local anesthetics, coagulation dysfunction, or risk of bleeding; 2) There are sensory abnormalities in the surgical area of the chest wall; 3) Liver and kidney dysfunction. Abnormal liver function: ALT>50U/L or AST>40U/L, or TBIL >= 19 × μ mol/L; Abnormal renal function: Cr>112 μ mol/L or BUN>7.1mmol/L or received dialysis treatment within 28 days before surgery; 4) Pregnancy, lactation, potential pregnancy, and planned pregnancy; 5) Preoperative use of opioid analgesics or history of chronic pain or opioid abuse; 6) Patients who refuse to participate;
