本研究探索瑞马唑仑对老年患者脊柱手术全麻术后苏醒及术后睡眠质量的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

This study explores the effects of remifentanil on postoperative recovery and sleep quality in elderly patients undergoing spinal surgery under general anesthesia.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄60～85岁； 2.术前PSQI＜7分； 3.ASA I-III级； 4.体重指数BMI<=35kg/m^2； 5.性别不限； 6.在全麻下行脊柱手术的患者； 7.拟行实验方案A/B的患者：A.试验组使用瑞马唑仑、舒芬太尼、顺阿曲库铵进行诱导麻醉；使用瑞马唑仑和瑞芬太尼维持麻醉。诱导和维持过程中必要时应用七氟烷。B.对照组使用丙泊酚、舒芬太尼、顺阿曲库铵进行诱导麻醉；使用丙泊酚和瑞芬太尼维持麻醉。诱导和维持过程中必要时应用七氟烷；

Inclusion criteria

1. Age 60~85 years old; 2. Preoperative PSQI < 7 points; 3. ASA Level I-III; 4. Body mass index BMI<=35kg/m^2; 5. Gender is not limited; 6. Patients undergoing downward spine surgery under general anesthesia; 7. Patients who are proposed to undergo experimental protocol A/B: A. The experimental group uses remimazolam, sufentanil, and cis-atracurium for induction anesthesia; Anesthesia is maintained with remimazolam and remifentanil. Sevoflurane is applied as necessary during induction and maintenance. B. The control group was given propofol, sufentanil, and cis-atracurium for induction anesthesia. Maintain anesthesia with propofol and remifentanil. Sevoflurane application if necessary during induction and maintenance;

排除标准：

1.对研究药品过敏者；
2.近期滥用助眠类药物者；
3.沟通有障碍患者；
4.严重肝肾功能障碍；
5.合并其他外伤需要同时手术者；
6.急诊手术；
7.术后转入icu的患者；
8.术后未使用止痛泵者；

Exclusion criteria：

1.For individuals allergic to research drugs;
2.Recently abused sleep aid drugs;
3.Patients with communication barriers;
4.Severe liver and kidney dysfunction;
5.Merge other injuries that require simultaneous surgery;
6.Emergency operation;
7.Patients transferred to ICU after surgery;
8.Patients who did not use pain pumps after surgery;
