研究目的:

1.制定高原短期、长期吸氧参数化方案并明确其有效性; 2.定量高原短期、长期吸氧对心血管、代谢、神经、呼吸等多系统健康的保护作用; 3.识别高原短期、长期吸氧改善人体健康的生物学通路; 4.厘清低压、缺氧两种因素影响人体健康的独立和交互作用。  

Objectives of Study:

1. Develop parameterized plans for short-term and long-term oxygen inhalation on the plateau and clarify their effectiveness; 2. Quantify the protective effects of short-term and long-term oxygen inhalation at high altitudes on multiple systems of health, including cardiovascular, metabolic, nervous, and respiratory systems; 3. Identify the biological pathways through which short-term and long-term oxygen inhalation at high altitudes improve human health; 4. Clarify the independent and interactive effects of low pressure and hypoxia on human health.

纳入标准:

短期吸氧干预人群:1.年龄18-65岁;2.身体健康,无重大慢性疾病(如心脏病、慢阻肺、严重代谢疾病等);3.签署知情同意书,能配合随访 长期吸氧干预人群:1.年龄18-65岁;2.身体健康,无重大慢性疾病(如心脏病、慢阻肺、严重代谢疾病等);3.签署知情同意书,能配合随访

Inclusion criteria

Short-term oxygen inhalation intervention group: 1. Age ranging from 18 to 65 years old; 2. Healthy, without major chronic diseases (such as heart disease, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, severe metabolic diseases, etc.); 3. Signed informed consent form and can cooperate with follow-up. Long-term oxygen inhalation intervention group: 1. Age ranging from 18 to 65 years old; 2. Healthy, without major chronic diseases (such as heart disease, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, severe metabolic diseases, etc.); 3. Signed informed consent form and can cooperate with follow-up.

排除标准:

短期吸氧干预人群:1.近半年内接受重大手术;2.有吸烟史或酗酒习惯;3.患有精神疾病或无法配合体检;4.高原世居人群;5.有常规吸氧习惯(日均吸氧时长大于1小时) 长期吸氧干预人群:1.近半年内接受重大手术;2.有吸烟史或酗酒习惯;3.患有精神疾病或无法配合体检;4.高原世居人群;5.有常规吸氧习惯(日均吸氧时长大于1小时)

Has mental illness or is unable to cooperate with physical examination; 4. People who have lived in the plateau area for generations; 5. Has a regular oxygen inhalation habit (average daily oxygen inhalation duration is more than 1 hour). Long-term oxygen inhalation intervention group: 1. Received major surgery within the past six months; 2. Has a history of smoking or heavy drinking; 3. Has mental illness or is unable to cooperate with physical examination; 4. 数据采集和管理(说明:数据采集和管理由两部分组成,一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF),二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC),如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC:

1. 数据录入:录入采用相应的数据库系统双人双机录入,之后对数据库进行两遍比对。测量的人群数据结果在实验完成后进行录入。 2.数据核查和管理:当完成数据录入并核对无误后,由项目研究人员提供研究进度及基本情况报告,其内容包括研究完成情况(含脱落受试者清单)、入选/排除标准检查、完整性检查、逻辑一致性检查、离群数据检查、时间窗检查、合并用药检查、不良事件检查等。 3.数据存档:研究进度及基本情况报告按编号的顺序归档保存,并填有检索目录等,以备查考。电子数据文件包括数据库、检查程序、分析程序、分析结果、编码本和说明文件等,应分类保存,并有多个备份保存于不同磁盘或记录介质上,妥善保存,防止损坏。所有原始档案应按相应规定内的期限保存。 4.数据安全监管:本项目将在北京大学伦理委员会和西藏大学医学伦理审查委员会审查监督下进行,测查所收集的数据只用于科学研究,不会泄露研究对象的任何个人信息。所采集的样品均以编码表示,不会出现任何能够定位到研究对象的信息,包括姓名,年龄,住址等所有个人信息将会严格保密。测量指标及相关分析结果在发表时,会以人群总体的形式给出,不会显示某位受试者的具体信息。仅国家监管部门、北京大学科研管理部门、西藏大学科研管理部门、伦理委员会有权在指定地点查阅受试者的原始资料,其中可能包括研究对象的个人信息。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture:

1. Data entry: The data is entered using the corresponding database system by two people using two machines, and then the database is compared twice. The results of the measured population data are entered after the experiment is completed. 2. Data verification and management: After the data entry and verification are completed without errors, the project researchers provide a progress and basic situation report, which includes the completion status of the research (including the list of dropped participants), the check of inclusion/exclusion criteria, completeness check, logical consistency check, outlier data check, time window check, combined medication check, adverse event check, etc. 3. Data archiving: The progress and basic situation report is archived and saved in numerical order, with a retrieval directory filled in, for reference. Electronic data files include the database, check procedures, analysis procedures, analysis results, code books, and explanatory documents, etc. They should be classified and saved, and multiple backups should be saved on different disks or recording media, properly stored to prevent damage. All original archives should be preserved for the specified period in accordance with the relevant regulations. 4. The collected data will only be used for scientific research and will not disclose any personal information of the research subjects. The collected samples are all represented by codes, and there will be no information that can locate the research subjects, including names, ages, addresses, etc. All personal information will be strictly confidential. The measurement indicators and related analysis results will be presented in the form of the overall population when published, and the specific information of each participant will not be displayed.
