研究目的：

回顾性分析改良根治性性切除术治疗臀部中重度HS的临床疗效和安全性。  

Objectives of Study：

Retrospective analysis of the clinical efficacy and safety of modified radical resection in the treatment of moderate to severe hidradenitis suppurativa (HS) of the buttocks.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄大于等于18岁。 2.HS的临床严重程度等级为中-重度（Hurley II-III期）且皮损受累部位为臀部。 3.经本院病理科组织病理检查确诊为HS。 4. 在本院皮肤外科接受改良根治性切除术的HS患者。 5.随访时间至少12个月，且临床资料完整的患者。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age greater than or equal to 18 years old. 2. The clinical severity of HS is moderate-severe (Hurley stage II-III) and the skin lesion is affected by the buttocks. 3. Diagnosed with HS by histopathological examination of the Department of Pathology of our hospital. 4. HS patients who underwent modified radical resection in the Department of Dermatology at our hospital. 5. Patients with a follow-up time of at least 12 months and complete clinical data.

排除标准：

1.失访患者。 2.随访时间不足12个月的患者。 3. 非臀部HS患者（即使接受了改良根治性切除术）。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients who are lost to follow-up. 2. Patients with a follow-up time of less than 12 months. 3. Patients with non-hip HS (even if modified radical resection) have undergone modified radical resection.
