研究目的：

应用光学相干断层扫描血管造影 (OCTA) 研究ICL植入术后黄斑区血流情况和视网膜厚度的变化及其影响因素。  

Objectives of Study：

To analyse the changes and influencing factors about macular blood flow and retinal thickness after SMILE, FS-LASIK and ICL surgery based on optical coherence tomography angiography .

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）屈光不正的患者，年龄18-45岁，性别不限；（2）近视度数50以上,散光600度以内，近两年屈光度数稳定。（3）前房深度大于2.8mm，角膜内皮计数大于2000/mm2，角膜形态正常。（4）完成1月随访。

Inclusion criteria

1.Patients involving refractive errors; patients between 18 and 45 years without any gender limit; 2.Patients with myopic diopter >= ??2.0D, astigmatism within 6.0 D, and a stable refractive power from the past two years; 3.The anterior chamber depth of greater than 2.8 mm and the corneal endothelial count greater than 2000/mm^2. After surgery, 4.All patients were followed up for more than 1 months.

排除标准：

（1）曾接受其他眼科手术治疗；（2）患有其他眼部疾病：白内障、青光眼、葡萄膜炎、眼睑疾病、眼眶肿物等；（3）患有高血压、糖尿病等其他全身慢性疾病；（4）无法完成随访。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Patients with any other ocular pathological conditions affecting the visual acuity after surgery; 2.History of non-cataract ocular surgery or inflammation; intractable synechia of the iris; strabismus; unsuitability for horizontal or vertical ICL implantation; 3.Suffering from hypertension, diabetes, and other systemic chronic diseases; 4.Difficulty in conducting a follow-up examination.
