研究目的：

1、检测不同年龄段病人端粒长度及T细胞衰老比例的差异，同时检测高压氧治疗前后病人端粒长度及T细胞衰老的差异； 2、判断端粒长度及T细胞衰老比例与高压氧疗效的关系； 3、明确不同高压氧治疗方案对治疗疗效的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Detect the differences in telomere length and T cell aging rate among patients of different age groups, as well as the differences in telomere length and T cell aging before and after hyperbaric oxygen therapy; 2. Determine the relationship between telomere length, T cell aging rate, and hyperbaric oxygen therapy efficacy; 3. Clarify the impact of different hyperbaric oxygen therapy regimens on treatment efficacy.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）诊断有害气体中毒及耳聋耳鸣患者（如果招募不顺利，尝试扩大病种）； （2）高压氧治疗次数多于5次患者；

Inclusion criteria

(1) Diagnose patients with harmful gas poisoning and hearing loss and tinnitus (if recruitment is not successful, try expanding the disease range); (2) Patients who receive hyperbaric oxygen therapy more than 5 times;

排除标准：

（1）过去3个月接受过高压氧治疗； （2）高压氧治疗次数少于5次； （3）有肺大泡、多发性肋骨骨折等高压氧治疗禁忌症 满足以上3条中任意1条，不能参加实验队伍。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Received hyperbaric oxygen therapy in the past 3 months; (2) The frequency of hyperbaric oxygen therapy is less than 5 times; (3) Contraindications for hyperbaric oxygen therapy such as pulmonary bullae and multiple rib fractures If any one of the above three conditions is met, one cannot participate in the experimental team.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

1）病例记录表（CRF）：患者的所有临床信息通过标准化的病例记录表（CRF）进行收集。CRF包括以下内容： 人口统计学信息：年龄、性别、身高、体重等。 既往史：高血压、糖尿病、高脂血症、卒中或TIA、冠心病、房颤等。 用药情况：抗血小板药物、调脂药物、抗凝药物等。（2）电子数据采集和管理系统（EDC）： 所有数据将通过电子数据采集和管理系统（EDC）进行管理和存储。EDC系统具备以下功能： 数据录入时的逻辑校验，确保数据的完整性和准确性； 数据加密和访问控制，确保患者信息的安全性和保密性；数据备份和恢复功能，防止数据丢失； 数据管理团队将定期对数据进行审核和清理，确保数据质量。数据审核包括数据完整性检查、逻辑一致性检查以及与其他数据源的对比验证。 数据修改将遵循严格的流程，所有修改均需记录修改原因和时间，并由数据管理人员审核批准。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

1) Case Record Form (CRF): All clinical information of the patient is collected through a standardized CRF. CRF includes demographic information such as age, gender, height, weight, etc. Past history: hypertension, diabetes, hyperlipidemia, stroke or TIA, coronary heart disease, atrial fibrillation, etc. Medication situation: Antiplatelet drugs, lipid-lowering drugs, anticoagulant drugs, etc. (2) Electronic Data Collection and Management System (EDC): All data will be managed and stored through the EDC system. The EDC system has the following functions: logical verification during data entry to ensure data integrity and accuracy; Data encryption and access control ensure the security and confidentiality of patient information; Data backup and recovery function to prevent data loss; The data management team will regularly review and clean the data to ensure its quality. Data auditing includes checking data integrity, logical consistency, and comparing and verifying with other data sources. The data modification will follow a strict process, and all modifications must record the reason and time of the modification, and be reviewed and approved by the data management personnel.
