Objectives of Study：

Exploring the Impact of Ultrasonic Classification of Granulomatous Lobular Mastitis on the Outcomes of Local Steroid Injection Treatment

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 经穿刺活检病理确诊的IGM患者，年龄18-50岁； 2. 超声提示病灶为单象限或多病灶之和＜5cm； 3. 签署局部类固醇注射知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients with IGM confirmed by pathological diagnosis through puncture biopsy, aged 18–50 years; 2. Ultrasound suggests that the lesion is confined to a single quadrant or consists of multiple lesions, each less than 5 cm in size; 3. Signed informed consent form for local steroid injections.

排除标准：

1. 接受过激素或手术治疗； 2. 脓液细菌培养有细菌感染的证据：如葡萄球菌属、棒状杆菌和结核分枝杆菌； 3. 存在类固醇治疗禁忌症，包括糖尿病、高血压、类固醇过敏或精神疾病； 4. 合并其他乳腺疾病、妊娠或哺乳期女性、对类固醇过敏和拒绝病灶内注射。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients have not undergone hormonal or surgical treatment; 2. Pus bacterial culture provides evidence of bacterial infection, such as Staphylococcus, Bacillus, or Mycobacterium tuberculosis; 3. Contraindications for corticosteroid treatment include diabetes, hypertension, steroid allergy, or mental disorders; (4) Coexistence with other breast diseases, pregnancy or breastfeeding, allergy to steroids, or refusal of intralesional injection.
