研究目的：

建立基于人工智能预测模型结合智能手机微信小程序的结肠镜检查前肠道准备宣教管理系统，提高结肠镜检查前的肠道准备质量，增加包括肠道准备在内的结肠镜检查全程依从性，以期提高腺瘤检出率，降低漏诊率，降低结肠镜检查后结肠癌（间期癌）发生率，提升结肠镜检查质量控制水平。  

Objectives of Study：

Establish a colonoscopy bowel preparation education and management system that combines an artificial intelligence-based prediction model with a WeChat mini program for smartphones, aiming to improve the quality of bowel preparation before colonoscopy, increase overall compliance with the entire colonoscopy process including bowel preparation, enhance adenoma detection rates, reduce missed diagnoses, lower the incidence of post-colonoscopy colorectal cancer (interval cancer), and improve colonoscopy quality control standards.

纳入标准：

1.年龄18岁-75岁； 2.拥有1部智能手机并会使用微信小程序。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age range: 18 - 75 years old; 2. Owns 1 smartphone and is proficient in using WeChat mini-programs.

排除标准：

1.孕妇、哺乳期妇女或准备受孕的育龄妇女； 2. 既往有胃肠道手术史，炎症性肠病病史，已知或疑似肠梗阻或穿孔，家族性腺瘤性息肉病（FAP），锯齿状息肉综合征，下消化道出血，结肠狭窄，腹腔放射治疗等患者； 3.严重慢性肾功能衰竭(肌酐清除率<30 mL/min); 严重充血性心力衰竭(纽约心脏学会分级III或IV级); 控制不佳的高血压(收缩期)血压>180 mmhg和/或舒张压>100 mm; 4.重大精神疾病; 5.对研究过敏的泻药; 6.无法使用智能手机; 7.不能或不愿意提供知情同意.

Exclusion criteria：

1. Pregnant, breastfeeding, or women of childbearing age planning to conceive; 2. Patients with a history of gastrointestinal surgery, inflammatory bowel disease, known or suspected intestinal obstruction or perforation, familial adenomatous polyposis (FAP), serrated polyposis syndrome, lower gastrointestinal bleeding, colonic stricture, or abdominal radiation therapy; 3. Severe chronic renal failure (creatinine clearance <30 mL/min); severe congestive heart failure (NYHA class III or IV); poorly controlled hypertension (systolic blood pressure >180 mmHg and/or diastolic >100 mmHg); 4. Major psychiatric disorders; 5. Allergic to the study laxatives; 6. Unable to use a smartphone; 7. Unable or unwilling to provide informed consent.
