研究目的：

1.探究基于个体化热量赤字（500-1000 kcal/d）的有氧运动联合饮食干预对超重/肥胖职场人群体成分（体重、内脏脂肪面积）的改善效应； 2.评估干预对糖脂代谢指标（空腹血糖、甘油三酯）的影响； 3.分析睡眠质量及心理社会因素与体重变化的剂量-反应关系； 4.建立基于机器学习算法的体重管理效果预测模型。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Explore the effects of aerobic exercise combined with diet interventions based on individualized caloric deficits (500-1000 kcal/day) on body composition (weight, visceral fat area) in overweight/obese working adults; 2. Evaluate the impact of the intervention on glucose and lipid metabolism indicators (fasting glucose, triglycerides); 3. Analyze the dose-response relationship between sleep quality and psychosocial factors and weight changes; 4. Establish a weight management effect prediction model based on machine learning algorithms.

纳入标准：

1.年龄在25至50岁之间； 2.男女不限； 3.为保山市第二人民医院行政、医务人员、政府机关、企事业单位人员，具有相对稳定的工作状态； 4.体重指数（BMI）在25到35之间，符合肥胖或超重标准； 5.无严重的慢性疾病（如心脏病、糖尿病等）或精神疾病，能够参与研究活动； 6.自愿参与本研究，并签署知情同意书； 7.能够承诺参与整个研究周期，包括饮食、运动和随访。

Inclusion criteria

1. Aged between 25 and 50 years; 2. No gender restrictions; 3. Administrative, medical staff of Baoshan Second People's Hospital, government agencies, or employees of enterprises and institutions, with a relatively stable working status; 4. Body Mass Index (BMI) between 25 and 35, meeting the criteria for overweight or obesity; 5. No severe chronic diseases (such as heart disease, diabetes, etc.) or mental illnesses, able to participate in research activities; 6. Voluntarily participate in this study and sign the informed consent form; 7. Able to commit to participating throughout the entire study period, including diet, exercise, and follow-up.

排除标准：

1.患有严重的心血管疾病、肝脏疾病、肾脏疾病、重大内分泌疾病或其他影响体重的健康问题； 2.有精神疾病史（如抑郁症、焦虑症等），可能影响参与者的情绪和行为； 3.正在服用影响体重的药物（如某些抗抑郁药、类固醇等）； 4.女性参与者在怀孕或哺乳期内； 5.目前参与其他正在进行的减肥或运动相关的研究项目； 6.因身体状况无法参与研究所设计的运动计划者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Suffering from severe cardiovascular disease, liver disease, kidney disease, major endocrine disorders, or other health issues that affect body weight; 2. Having a history of mental illness (such as depression, anxiety, etc.) that may affect the participant's emotions and behavior; 3. Currently taking medications that affect body weight (such as certain antidepressants, steroids, etc.); 4. Female participants who are pregnant or breastfeeding; 5. Currently participating in other ongoing weight loss or exercise-related research projects; 6. Individuals unable to participate in the exercise program designed for the study due to physical conditions.
