研究目的：

本研究将运用TMS技术结合行为任务，观测静息态和任务态下与运动抑制相关的脑区之间联通性的变化，探讨长期水中运动疗法运动干预对PD患者运动抑制能力的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

This study will utilize TMS technology combined with behavioral tasks to observe changes in connectivity between brain regions related to motor inhibition during resting and task states, exploring the impact of long-term aquatic exercise therapy intervention on motor inhibition abilities in PD patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.根据运动障碍学会2015版的诊断标准，所有被试均为原发性PD患者，Hoehn & Yahr I-II期。 2.年龄在40-80岁；认知水平正常(MoCA≥26)； 3.能够独立行动； 4.没有冲动控制障碍； 5.未曾患过任何神经或精神类疾病； 6.无脑损伤史和癫痫病史。

Inclusion criteria

1. According to the diagnostic criteria of the 2015 edition of the Society for Motor Disorders, all participants were primary PD patients, Hoehn&Yahr stages I-III. 2. Age between 40-80 years old; Normal cognitive level (MoCA ≥ 26); 3. Able to act independently; 4. No impulse control disorder; 5. Have never suffered from any neurological or psychiatric disorders; 6. No history of brain injury or epilepsy.

排除标准：

1. 继发性或非典型帕金森综合征；Hoehn & Yahr＞II期。 2. 年龄＜40岁或＞80岁；MoCA＜26分。 3. 无法独立行走或存在冲动控制障碍。 4. 既往有任何神经或精神疾病、脑损伤或癫痫史。 5. 研究期间调整抗帕金森药物方案或不能完成UPDRS-III评估。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Secondary or atypical parkinsonism; Hoehn & Yahr stage > II. 2. Age <40 or >80 years; MoCA score <26. 3. Inability to walk independently or presence of impulse control disorders. 4. History of any neurological or psychiatric disorders, brain injury, or epilepsy. 5. Adjustment of anti-Parkinson's medication regimen during the study or inability to complete UPDRS-III assessment.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

数据采集与管理采用纸质CRF＋ResMan EDC双轨模式：研究者24小时内完成纸质CRF填写并交由双人独立录入ResMan，平台实时自动校验范围、缺失及逻辑，异常数据生成Query并72小时内闭环解决；纸质CRF与电子数据分别锁柜与云端加密备份，监察员每月线上源数据核查≥20%，数据库经盲态审核后两层锁定，全程符合GCP与21 CFR Part11，确保数据真实、完整、可追溯。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Data collection and management adopt a dual-track mode of paper CRF + ResMan EDC: Researchers complete paper CRF entries within 24 hours and submit them for dual independent entry into ResMan. The platform automatically performs real-time validation of ranges, missing data, and logic, with abnormal data generating Queries resolved in a closed loop within 72 hours. Paper CRFs and electronic data are separately stored in locked cabinets and encrypted cloud backups. Monitors conduct monthly online source data verification for ≥20% of cases. The database undergoes two-layer locking after blind review, fully complying with GCP and 21 CFR Part 11 to ensure data authenticity, integrity, and traceability.
