研究目的：

使用精囊镜技术治疗精囊部分梗阻导致的严重弱精子症患者，以评估其有效性和安全性。  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the effectiveness and safety of using seminal vesicle endoscopy technology to treat patients with severe asthenozoospermia caused by partial obstruction of ejaculatory duct

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.A 组，B 组：20 岁-50 岁男性；身高 165cm-180cm； 2.A 组：已婚，有生育需求，且 1 年以上未自然怀孕； 3.A 组：经过药物保守治疗后，精液前后共检测 4 次（药物治疗前后各 两次），精液量>1.5ml，每次前向运动精子<10%，前向总精子数<10 ×10^6； 4.A 组：经精囊磁共振检测：精囊腺管明显扩张； 5.自愿签署知情同意书，理解并接受手术可能的风险和并发症，及术后 的按时随访；理解并接受磁共振检查; 6.B 组:已婚，已五年内自然怀孕。

Inclusion criteria

1. Group A and Group B: Males aged 20-50; height 165cm-180cm; 2. Group A: Married, with a desire for fertility, and has not conceived naturally for more than 1 year; 3. Group A: After conservative drug treatment, semen was tested a total of 4 times (twice before and twice after drug treatment), semen volume >1.5ml, progressive motile sperm <10% each time, total progressive sperm count <10 ×10^6; 4. Group A: Seminal vesicle MRI shows significant dilation of the seminal vesicle ducts; 5. Voluntarily signed informed consent, understands and accepts potential surgical risks and complications, and agrees to postoperative timely follow-up; understands and accepts MRI examination; 6. Group B: Married and has conceived naturally within the past five years.

排除标准：

1.泌尿系统感染：有泌尿系感染症状（如尿路刺激症状、前列腺炎症状、 血精等）或尿液常规提示白细胞、红细胞异常； 2.器质性异常：外生殖器发育异常，包括阴茎、阴囊、睾丸、附睾及精 索明显异常者以及腰部器质性疾病； 3.系统性疾病：患有精神病、内分泌疾病、神经系统疾病或严重心血管 疾病，包括高血压、低血压、糖尿病、甲状腺功能亢进、甲状腺功能减 退、癫痫及性腺功能异常等；肝肾功能异常、凝血指标异常等； 4.有盆腔手术病史; 5.研究者认为不宜参加本临床研究的受试者（受试者更倾向于辅助生殖技术）。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Urinary system infections: Symptoms of urinary tract infection (such as urinary irritation symptoms, prostatitis symptoms, hematospermia, etc.) or abnormal white blood cells or red blood cells indicated in routine urinalysis; 2. Organic abnormalities: Abnormal development of external genitalia, including significant abnormalities of the penis, scrotum, testes, epididymis, or spermatic cord, as well as organic diseases of the lumbar region; 3. Systemic diseases: Patients with psychiatric disorders, endocrine diseases, neurological diseases, or severe cardiovascular diseases, including hypertension, hypotension, diabetes, hyperthyroidism, hypothyroidism, epilepsy, and gonadal dysfunction; abnormal liver or kidney function, abnormal coagulation indicators, etc.; 4. History of pelvic surgery; 5. Subjects deemed by the investigator as unsuitable for participation in this clinical study (subjects who prefer assisted reproductive technology).
