研究目的: |
1.横向比较下肢机器人与自然步行时脑卒中患者脑区响应、肌肉激活及步态特征的差异及关联性。 2.分析脑卒中患者在下肢机器人干预前后,肌电活动、步态特征及脑区响应方面产生的协同及特征。 3.纵向验证大脑皮质在步态训练后的激活情况,脑区响应和运动相关的行为学的关联,及其与肌肉功能间的耦合特征。 |

Objectives of Study: |
1.To conduct a lateral comparison of differences and correlations in cortical responses, muscle activation, and gait characteristics between robotic-assisted and natural walking in stroke patients. 2.To analyze synergistic changes and characteristic features in electromyographic activity, gait parameters, and cortical responses before and after lower-limb robotic intervention in stroke patients. 3.To longitudinally validate cortical activation patterns following gait training, examine the relationship between brain responses and motor behavior, and investigate corticomuscular coupling mechanisms. |

纳入标准: |
(1)受试者因临床上首次发生脑卒中而导致的单侧肢体瘫痪,病程大于2周; (2)受试者年龄在18岁到80岁之间; (3)体重<100kg,身高140~200cm; (4)首发脑卒中前步态正常; (5)能够理解和进行简单沟通; (6)同意并签署本临床研究知情同意书。 |

Inclusion criteria |
1.Unilateral hemiplegia resulting from a first-ever clinically confirmed stroke, with a post-stroke duration of more than 2 weeks; 2.Aged between 18 and 80 years; 3.Body weight < 100 kg, height between 140 and 200 cm; 4.Normal gait function prior to the first stroke episode; 5.Ability to comprehend and follow simple instructions; 6.Willingness to participate and provision of signed informed consent for this clinical study. |

排除标准: |
(1)基础生命体征不稳定; (2)下肢骨关节肿瘤、畸形、下肢截肢; (3)严重的脊柱畸形; (4)严重骨质疏松症; (5)纽约心脏病学会心功能分级≥Ⅲ级; (6)下肢关节活动范围受限、下肢深静脉血栓; (7)影响下肢运动功能的严重肌肉骨骼疾病,如严重的持久性关节僵硬; (8)下肢骨折未达临床愈合标准; (9)下肢严重痉挛(改良Ashworth≥3级)。 |

Exclusion criteria: |
1. Unstable basic vital signs; 2. Lower limb bone or joint tumors, deformities, or amputation; 3. Severe spinal deformity; 4. Severe osteoporosis; 5. New York Heart Association (NYHA) class III or higher cardiac function; 6. Restricted range of motion in lower limb joints or deep vein thrombosis (DVT) in the lower limbs; 7. Severe musculoskeletal disorders affecting lower limb motor function (e.g., severe persistent joint stiffness); 8. Lower limb fractures that have not met clinical healing criteria; 9. Severe lower limb spasticity (Modified Ashworth Scale >= grade 3). |
