研究目的：

观察运用“太阳为开”理论在针灸治疗血虚风燥型慢性湿疹中发挥的作用。  

Objectives of Study：

To observe the effect of "sun as opening" theory in acupuncture treatment of chronic eczema with blood deficiency and wind-dryness.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.符合本病中、西医临床诊断标准； 2.年龄在18-65岁之间，性别不限； 3.皮损面积占总体表面积比例<50%； 4.初始VAS评分在3-8分之间； 5.自愿签署临床研究知情同意书，能够配合相应治疗计划。 上述要求需全部满足。

Inclusion criteria

1. Meet the clinical diagnostic criteria of Chinese and Western medicine; 2. Age 18-65 years old, gender unlimited; 3. The proportion of the skin area to the total surface area is less than 50%; 4. The initial VAS score is between 3-8 points; 5. Voluntary signing of informed consent for clinical study, able to cooperate with the corresponding treatment plan. All of the above requirements must be met.

排除标准：

1.皮损部位位于面部、颈部、乳头、外阴及肛周等特殊部位者； 2.妊娠及哺乳期妇女； 3.有严重的心脑血管、肝肾、循环系统疾病或全身衰竭、糖尿病、恶性肿瘤、结缔组织病、精神方面疾病、血友病及出血倾向、传染性疾病，因此不宜针灸的患者； 4.近2周使用过与本病相关药物（如抗组胺、糖皮质激素、免疫抑制剂等药物）和/或接受过与本病相关针灸治疗的患者； 5.合并细菌感染、真菌感染、病毒感染者； 6.有其他皮肤病者； 7.酗酒者及尼古丁成瘾者； 8.从事职业存在相关暴露性者。 以上情况出现其中之一者则不能入选该试验。

Exclusion criteria：

1. The skin lesions are located on the face, neck, nipples, vulva, perianal and other special parts; 2. Pregnant and lactating women; 3. Patients with serious cardiovascular and cerebrovascular, liver and kidney, circulatory system diseases or systemic failure, diabetes, malignant tumors, connective tissue diseases, mental diseases, hemophilia and bleeding tendency, infectious diseases, therefore not suitable for acupuncture; 4. Patients who have used drugs related to the disease (such as antihistamine, glucocorticoids, immunosuppressants, etc.) and/or received acupuncture treatment related to the disease in the past 2 weeks; 5. Combined with bacterial infection, fungal infection, virus infection; 6. Have other skin diseases; 7. Alcoholics and nicotine addicts; 8. Occupationally relevant exposure. One of the above conditions is not eligible for the trial.

本研究的全部病例均采用随机分组，应用SPSS 20.0统计软件进行随机分组，具体为先将研究对象按入组顺序进行编号，利用SPSS 20.0软件生成随机数字及分组数，将写有随机数及分组的卡片放入依次编好序号的不透光信封内。按照1:1的原则，最终将患者随机分为开太阳针刺组和普通针刺组，每组30例。

All cases in this study were randomly grouped by SPSS 20.0 statistical software. Specifically, the study objects were numbered according to the grouping order first, and SPSS 20.0 software was used to generate random numbers and grouping numbers. Cards with random numbers and grouping numbers were put into an opaque envelope with serial numbers. According to the principle of 1:1, the patients were randomly divided into open sun acupuncture group and ordinary acupuncture group, with 30 cases in each group.
