研究目的：

急诊就诊阶段，以缩短接诊至手术“门-室时间”为目标，通过构建A型主动脉夹层术前破裂风险预测模型和危重度评分标准，分析急诊诊断、评估、处置、人员配置等多要素对A型主动脉夹层接诊至手术“门-室时间”的贡献度，在现有胸痛中心诊疗路径基础上，开展业务再造。  

Objectives of Study：

During the emergency treatment stage, with the goal of shortening the "door-to-room time" from admission to surgery, by constructing A preoperative rupture risk prediction model and critical condition scoring criteria for type A aortic dissection, the contribution of multiple elements such as emergency diagnosis, assessment, treatment, and personnel allocation to the "door-to-room time" from admission to surgery for type A aortic dissection was analyzed. Based on the existing diagnosis and treatment pathways of the chest pain center, Carry out business reengineering.

纳入标准：

1、年龄≥18岁，性别不限； 2、确诊急性A型主动脉夹层患者； 3、理解本次试验目的且自愿参加，签署知情同意书

Inclusion criteria

1. Age >=18 years old, gender not limited; 2. Patients diagnosed with acute type A aortic dissection; 3. Understand the purpose of this trial and participate voluntarily, and sign the informed consent form

排除标准：

1、妊娠期、哺乳期女性； 2、已知对研究中使用的药物成分过敏的患者； 3、曾经接受过类似研究中使用的药物或其他干预措施； 4、具有其他可能影响研究结果或安全性的情况，由研究者判断排除； 5、研究者认为不适合参加本次试验。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Pregnant and lactating women; 2. Patients who are known to be allergic to the drug components used in the study; 3. Have received drugs or other intervention measures used in similar studies before; 4. There are other circumstances that may affect the research results or safety, which shall be ruled out by the researcher. 5. The researchers believe that it is not suitable to participate in this trial.
