研究目的：

比较孕晚期睡眠障碍对中枢神经系统炎症因子表达的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

Comparison of the effects of sleep disorders in late pregnancy on the expression of inflammatory factors in the central nervous system.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.足月妊娠；
2.单胎；
3.无腰硬联合麻醉禁忌症，包括凝血功能异常、抗凝治疗、严重低血容量或血流动力学不稳定；
4.拟行剖宫产术；

Inclusion criteria

1.Full-term pregnancy; 2.Singleton pregnancy; 3.Contraindications for lumbar epidural anesthesia include coagulation abnormalities, anticoagulant therapy, severe hypovolemia or hemodynamic instability; 4.Planned cesarean section.

排除标准：

1.既往精神疾病、中枢神经系统疾病、肝病、肾功能异常、心肺功能异常；
2.严重的产科并发症，如前置胎盘或胎盘早剥；
3.BMI＞35；
4.近6个月未参加其他临床研究；
5.患者拒绝参与；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Previous mental illness, central nervous system disease, liver disease, renal dysfunction, cardiopulmonary dysfunction; 2.Serious obstetric complications, such as placenta previa or placental abruption; 3.BMI>35; 4.No other clinical studies have been participated in for the past 6 months; 5.Patients refuse to participate.
