研究目的：

本研究通过体外细胞实验和体内动物模型相结合的策略，旨在系统解析YWHAB在GDM发病中的分子机制，为GDM的早期预防和靶向治疗提供科学依据。  

Objectives of Study：

This study employs a combined strategy of in vitro cell experiments and in vivo animal models to systematically analyze the molecular mechanism of YWHAB in the pathogenesis of GDM, aiming to provide scientific basis for the early prevention and targeted treatment of GDM.

纳入标准：

1.选取我院足月剖宫产分娩的妊娠期糖尿病孕妇10例作为实验组，同期正常剖宫产孕妇10例作为对照组，采集自愿放弃的胎盘组织。

Inclusion criteria

1.Ten pregnant women with gestational diabetes who underwent full-term cesarean section in our hospital were selected as the experimental group, while 10 normal pregnant women who underwent cesarean section at the same time were selected as the control group. The placental tissues voluntarily given up by the pregnant women were collected.

排除标准：

1.非足月、合并心肝肾或内分泌系统等其他慢性病、其他妊娠并发症者除外。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Excluding those who are not full-term, have other chronic diseases such as heart, liver, kidney or endocrine disorders, or have other pregnancy complications.
