研究目的：

1.通过基于医疗机构的大数据调研，深入了解中国缺血性卒中患者急性期就医路径的现状； 2.分析中国缺血性卒中患者急性期救治院前延误的影响因素。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Based on medical institutions, gain an in-depth understanding of the current situation of the acute medical treatment path for ischemic stroke patients in China; 2. Analyze the influencing factors of pre-hospital delay in the acute stage treatment of ischemic stroke patients in China.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.急性期（发病2周内）入院的缺血性卒中病人；
2.需符合《中国成人急性缺血性卒中诊治指南2018》制定的诊断标准；

Inclusion criteria

1.Ischemic stroke patients admitted to the hospital during the acute phase (within 2 weeks of onset); 2. It must meet the diagnostic criteria set out in the "2018 Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Acute Ischemic Stroke in Chinese Adults".

排除标准：

1.院内卒中；
2.诊断检查不确定或显示卒中以外的可能原因的事件；
3.排除出血性脑血管病；

Exclusion criteria：

1.In-hospital stroke; 2. Events where diagnostic tests are uncertain or show possible causes other than stroke; 3. Rule out hemorrhagic cerebrovascular disease;
