研究目的：

本研究基于潜变量增长混合模型，识别下肢动脉硬化闭塞症介入术后患者运动康复锻炼依从性的轨迹类别，明确不同变化轨迹的相关因素。采用专家会议法构建下肢ASO介入术后患者的运动康复依从性精准干预方案。为临床下肢ASO介入术后患者运动依从性干预提供理论与实践指导。  

Objectives of Study：

This study is based on latent variable growth mixture models to identify the trajectory categories of exercise rehabilitation compliance in patients with lower extremity arteriosclerotic occlusive disease after intervention, and to clarify the related factors of different change trajectories. The expert meeting method was used to construct an accurate intervention plan for exercise rehabilitation compliance of patients with lower extremity ASO intervention. This provides theoretical and practical guidance for the intervention of exercise compliance in clinical patients with lower extremity ASO intervention.

纳入标准：

符合下肢动脉硬化闭塞症诊治指南中下肢动脉硬化闭塞症的诊断标准；行下肢介入手术，包括经皮球囊扩张成形术、支架置入、斑块切除术、激光成形术、切割球囊、药物球囊、冷冻球囊以及药物溶栓治疗、血栓切除；意识清楚，无语言沟通障碍；具有小学及以上文化水平，能熟练使用微信；自愿参与，签署试验知情同意书并能保证试验期间全程配合本研究患者。

Inclusion criteria

Compliant with the diagnostic criteria for lower extremity arteriosclerotic occlusive disease as stipulated in the guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of this condition; undergo lower extremity interventional surgeries, including percutaneous balloon dilation and stenting, plaque removal, laser formation, cutting balloon, drug balloon, cryoballoon, and drug thrombolysis therapy, thrombus removal; clear consciousness, no language communication disorder; possess a primary school education or above, be proficient in using WeChat; voluntarily participate, sign the informed consent form for the trial and be able to fully cooperate with this study throughout the trial period.

排除标准：

伴发深静脉血栓患者；骨折患者；合并严重系统性疾病及感染，精神疾病患者；截肢患者。

Exclusion criteria：

Patients with concurrent deep vein thrombosis; fracture patients; patients with severe systemic diseases and infections, mental disorders; amputee patients.

A longitudinal investigation was conducted, where the exercise rehabilitation compliance of the patients was surveyed at six time points: 2 days after the surgery (T1), 1 month after the surgery (T2), 3 months after the surgery (T3), 6 months after the surgery (T4), 9 months after the surgery (T5), and 12 months after the surgery (T6).
