研究目的：

探索肛周脓肿切开引流后形成肛瘘的发生率，以及明确促使肛瘘形成的高危因素。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the incidence of anal fistula formation after incision and drainage of perianal abscess and to identify the high-risk factors that promote the formation of anal fistula.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄18-65岁； 2.初发肛周脓肿入院行肛周脓肿切开引流术的患者； 3.术前均行肛周MR增强检查明确为腺源型感染； 4.患者及家属能够理解并愿意参与本研究，提供书面知情同意。

Inclusion criteria

1.Age: 18 - 65 years old; 2.Patients who were admitted to the hospital for perianal abscess at the beginning of the year and underwent incision and drainage of perianal abscess; 3.Before the operation, all patients underwent MR enhanced examination of the perianal area, which confirmed the diagnosis of an odontogenic infection. 4.The patients and their families were able to understand and were willing to participate in this study, providing written informed consent.

排除标准：

1.炎症性肠病患者，如：克罗恩病、溃疡性结肠炎等； 2.具有肿瘤病史； 3.具有严重的肝肾功能、心肺功能、凝血功能障碍或合并严重的基础疾病不能耐受手术者； 4.具有严重的精神疾病病史； 5.孕妇或者哺乳期妇女； 6.合并坏死性筋膜炎患者； 7.既往有肛周脓肿或肛瘘手术史。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Inflammatory bowel diseases, such as Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis, etc; 2.Having a history of tumor disease; 3.Those with severe liver and kidney function disorders, heart and lung function impairments, coagulation dysfunction, or who have severe underlying diseases and are unable to tolerate surgery; 4.Having a history of severe mental illness; 5.Pregnant women or women who are breastfeeding; 6.necrotizing fasciitis; 7.There is a history of surgery for perianal abscess or anal fistula in the past.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

1.患者入院后进行详细的病史询，病例记录表（CRF）填写记录患者的一般特征，明确患者肛周脓肿的分型。 2.患者入院后完善相关检查，予以行肛周脓肿切开引流术。 3.术后由手术医师或者本科室住院医师进行门诊随访，随访时间为术后1周、1月、3月、6月。随访内容：是否形成瘘管、疼痛评分、肛门失禁评分（Wexner失禁评分）以及生活质量评分。
