研究目的：

通过纵向分析脓毒症患者SHR的动态演变规律，探讨其与28天死亡率、呼吸机使用等结局的关联，为个体化血糖管理及干预时机提供循证依据，从而改善患者临床转归。  

Objectives of Study：

By analyzing the longitudinal dynamics of stress hyperglycemia ratio(SHR) in sepsis patients, this study investigates its association with outcomes such as the 28-day mortality rate and mechanical ventilation use. This research aims to provide evidence-based guidance for individualized glucose management and intervention timing, thereby improving patient clinical outcomes.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.患者年龄在18岁至80岁之间； 2.根据脓毒症和脓毒性休克第三次国际共识定义（Sepsis-3）诊断为脓毒症的首次入住ICU的患者。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients between 18 and 80 year old; 2. Patients diagnosed with sepsis according to the Third International Consensus Definition of Sepsis and Septic Shock (Sepsis-3) during their first admission to the ICU.

排除标准：

1.住院时间小于72小时的患者； 2.血糖检测次数少于三次且未测量糖化血红蛋白的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with a hospital stay of less than 72 hours; 2. Patients who tested their blood glucose fewer than three times and did not measure their glycated hemoglobin.
