研究目的：

检测年龄相关性黄斑变性患者体内微塑料含量及种类，并明确其与年龄相关性黄斑变性疾病严重程度的相关性  

Objectives of Study：

To detect the content and types of microplastics in patients with age-related macular degeneration, and to determine the correlation between microplastics and the severity of age-related macular degeneration

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）病例组：于我科就诊的通过眼底检查、眼底照相、OCT、眼底荧光造影/OCT-A检查由2位以上副高级职称医师确认诊断为AMD的患者。对照组:于我院体检中心体检的与病例组年龄、性别匹配、通过上述检查确认无AMD的人群。（2）年龄40-80岁。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Case group: Patients diagnosed with AMD by more than 2 associate senior physicians in our department through fundus examination, fundus photography, OCT, fundus fluorescence angiography /OCT-A examination. Control group: age and gender matched with the case group in the physical examination center of our hospital, and no AMD confirmed by the above examination. (2) The age range in 40 to 80 years old.

排除标准：

（1）合并恶性肿瘤。（2）合并严重肝肾功能异常。（3）合并严重贫血。（4）合并其他眼病

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Complicated with malignant tumor. (2) Complicated with severe liver and kidney dysfunction. (3) Complicated with severe anemia. (4) Combined with other eye diseases
