研究目的:

1. 建立三维人体生物力学模型,实现健康人群和不同类型患者的运动学和动力学个性化分析。 2. 通过从坐到站立动作的力学分析,评估被试的“坐-站”过程中跌倒风险。 3. 由深度摄像机的点云数据提取步态参数,评估患者的步行跌倒风险。 4. 通过图神经网络挖掘不同群体进行不同运动时的身体关联系。 5. 研究不同人群避免跌倒风险的STS策略。  

Objectives of Study:

1. Establish a 3D human biomechanical model to achieve personalized kinematic and dynamic analysis for healthy individuals and different types of patients. 2. Assess fall risk during the sit-to-stand (STS) movement through biomechanical analysis of the transition from sitting to standing. 3. Extract gait parameters from depth camera point cloud data to evaluate walking-related fall risk in patients. 4. Explore body joint correlations across different populations during various movements using graph neural networks (GNNs). 5. Investigate STS strategies for different populations to mitigate fall risk.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail:

 

纳入标准:

1.年龄≥40岁,≤85岁,性别不限;
2.符合对应疾病的诊断标准;
3.痴呆程度评定CDR=0.5、1.0或2.0,评定为轻中度阿尔茨海默病;脑卒中的严重程度和发病时间不受限制,以能独立行走为标准;
4.汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)<20分,排除老年性抑郁;
5.无严重骨关节疾等功能障碍,有独立行走能力;
6.基本上可以进行视力及听力测试;
7.了解本研究基本相关事项,同意接受本研究观察并签署知情同意书者;

Inclusion criteria

1.Age >=40 years and <85 years, gender unrestricted. 2.Meets the diagnostic criteria for the corresponding disease. 3.Dementia severity rated as CDR = 0.5, 1.0, or 2.0, indicating mild-to-moderate Alzheimer’s disease; stroke severity and time since onset are unrestricted, provided the subject can walk independently. 4.Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD) score <20, to exclude senile depression. 5.No severe musculoskeletal disorders or functional impairments; able to walk independently. 6.Able to undergo basic vision and hearing assessments. 7.Understands the basic details of the study, agrees to participate, and has signed the informed consent form.

排除标准:

1.其他全身性疾病或神经系统疾病造成的痴呆,如中枢神经系统感染、创伤后的痴呆、帕金森病痴呆等;
2.患有急性疾病、上肢锥体外系僵硬、神经或精神疾病、严重的心血管疾病、严重的骨科疾病,或无法独自行走;
3.既往精神性药物滥用史、近5年内吸毒史、酗酒史等干扰认知功能评估的病史;
4.年龄在85岁以上者;
5.正在参加影响本研究结果评价的其他临床试验者;

Exclusion criteria:

1.Dementia caused by other systemic or neurological disorders, such as central nervous system infections, post-traumatic dementia, Parkinson’s disease dementia, etc.
2.Presence of acute illness, upper-limb extrapyramidal rigidity, neurological or psychiatric disorders, severe cardiovascular disease, severe orthopedic conditions, or inability to walk independently.
3.History of psychoactive drug abuse, illicit drug use within the past five years, alcohol abuse, or any other conditions that may interfere with cognitive assessment.
4.Individuals older than 85 years of age.
5.Currently participating in other clinical trials that may affect the evaluation of this study’s outcomes.
