研究目的：

通过回顾性研究，阐明TIPS术中联合弹簧圈+氰基丙烯酯生物胶框架填充式栓塞治疗粗大自体分流道的疗效与安全性，为临床决策提供循证证据。  

Objectives of Study：

Through a retrospective study, the efficacy and safety of combined coil and cyanoacrylate frame-and-fill embolization for L-SPSS during TIPS were clarified, providing evidence-based support for clinical decision-making.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）增强CT/MRI或DSA血管造影证实门静脉高压症合并直径≥8mm的自体分流道；（2）急性或复发性食管胃底静脉曲张破裂出血，和（或）难治性腹水，和（或）反复肝性脑病；（3）需具备完整且可靠的临床数据；（4）随访时间至少为 6 周或确认死亡。

Inclusion criteria

1) Enhanced CT/MRI or DSA angiography confirms L-SPSS secondary to portal hypertension with a diameter of ≥ 8mm; (2) Acute or recurrent esophageal and gastric fundus variceal rupture bleeding, and/or refractory ascites, and/or recurrent hepatic encephalopathy; (3) Complete and reliable clinical data are required; (4) The follow-up period should be at least 6 weeks or death is confirmed.
