研究目的：

1.研究高强福间歇训练方案对糖尿病周围神经病变运动干预的作用和机制，研发出在糖尿病周围神经病变康复方面的一套高强度间歇训练（HIIT）的策略和方法； 2.研究高强度间歇训练方案对糖尿病周围神经病变患者的炎症反应，糖代谢指标，神经及运动功能的影响，探索解决糖尿病周围神经病变的一种有效康复手段； 3.规范训练运动强度范围、循环次数、干预时长应用于不同类型糖尿病患者并逐步形成个体化的运动处方，促进快速康复的有效干预措施和机制提供可靠的循证科学依据。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Study the effects and mechanisms of a high-intensity interval training (HIIT) program on exercise intervention for diabetic peripheral neuropathy, and develop a set of strategies and methods for rehabilitation in diabetic peripheral neuropathy using HIIT; 2. Investigate the impact of a high-intensity interval training program on the inflammatory response, glucose metabolism indicators, nerve and motor functions in patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy, exploring an effective rehabilitation method to address diabetic peripheral neuropathy; 3. Standardize the range of exercise intensity, number of cycles, and duration of interventions for different types of diabetic patients, gradually forming individualized exercise prescriptions, providing reliable evidence-based scientific support for effective interventions and mechanisms that promote rapid recovery.

纳入标准：

1.所有入选患者均符合《中国 2 型糖尿病防治指南(2017 年版)》中DPN诊断标准； 2.均为 2 型糖尿病患者； 3.病程>=5 年； 4.密歇根神经病变筛选法(MNSI)评分 >=2 分； 5.患者和(或)其家属签署相关知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. All selected patients meet the diagnostic criteria for DPN in the "Chinese Guidelines for the Prevention and Treatment of Type 2 Diabetes (2017 Edition)"; 2. All are patients with type 2 diabetes; 3. Duration of illness >= 5 years; 4. Michigan Neuropathy Screening Instrument (MNSI) score >= 2 points; 5. Patients and/or their family members sign the relevant informed consent form.

排除标准：

1.心、肝及肾等重要器官功能严重不全者； 2.对本研究药物存在禁忌证者； 3.有心脑血管疾病史者； 4.存在急、慢性感染及自身免疫系统疾病者； 5.有精神疾病或认知功能障碍无法正常交流者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Individuals with severe functional impairment of important organs such as the heart, liver, and kidneys; 2. Individuals with contraindications to the study medication; 3. Individuals with a history of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases; 4. Individuals with acute or chronic infections and autoimmune diseases; 5. Individuals with mental illnesses or cognitive impairments that prevent normal communication.
