研究目的：

临床水平：明确糖皮质激素抵抗型溃疡性结肠炎发生显著变化的细胞类型、免疫学特征和潜在的UC预后和干预靶点。 动物水平：探索临床多组学研究中揭示的潜在靶点在糖皮质激素抵抗型结肠炎小鼠调控糖皮质应答中的作用。  

Objectives of Study：

Clinical level: identify the cell types, immunological characteristics, and potential prognosis and intervention targets of UC in glucocorticoid-resistant ulcerative colitis. Animal level: to explore the role of potential targets revealed in clinical multi-omics studies in the regulation of glucocorticoid-resistant colitis in mice.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

纳入标准： 1.年龄>=18周岁，<=65周岁； 2.溃疡性结肠炎患者诊断符合我国《炎症性肠病诊断与治疗的共识意见(2018年?北京)》诊断标准。 3.糖皮质激素抵抗定义为：经相当于泼尼松剂量达0.7-1mg/(kg·d)治疗超过4周，疾病仍处于活动期。 4.同意并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion Criteria: 1. Age>=18 years old, <=65 years old; 2. The diagnosis of ulcerative colitis patients meets the diagnostic criteria of our country's "Consensus Opinions on the Diagnosis and Treatment of Inflammatory Bowel Disease (2018 ? Beijing)". 3. Glucocorticoid resistance is defined as the disease is still active after treatment with a dose equivalent to prednisone of 0.7-1 mg/(kg·d) for more than 4 weeks. 4. Agree and sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

1.诊断不明确的结肠炎患者； 2.同时合并有自身免疫病、感染性疾病及肿瘤性疾病的患者； 3.并发其他严重的心、肺、肾等疾病的患者； 4.合并视网膜疾病、糖尿病、恶性高血压、红斑狼疮等结缔组织疾病。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with unclear diagnosis of colitis; 2. Patients with autoimmune diseases, infectious diseases and tumor diseases at the same time; 3. Patients with other serious heart, lung, kidney and other diseases; 4. Combined with retinal disease, diabetes, malignant hypertension, lupus erythematosus and other connective tissue diseases.
