研究目的：

验证音乐记忆训练在颅脑损伤认知障碍患者记忆力中的有效性，为后续研究提供依据。  

Objectives of Study：

To validate the effectiveness of music-based memory training in improving memory function among patients with cognitive impairment due to traumatic brain injury, thereby providing a basis for subsequent research.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.经头颅CT确诊为单侧半球损伤且有明确的头部外伤史，且外伤后病情趋于稳定者。 2.认知功能障碍的界定:认知功能包括视空间结构、思维、言语、记忆与注意力等，本研究中使用蒙特利尔认知评定量表（MoCA）进行认知功能的评定，以MoCA评分＜26分(文化教育＜12年者，总分+1分)为认知功能障碍。 3.年龄18-60岁，且具有一定阅读能力。 4.患者及家属自愿加入本研究，签订知情同意书及保密协议。

Inclusion criteria

1. Those who are diagnosed with unilateral hemispheric injury by head CT and have a clear history of head trauma, and their condition tends to stabilize after trauma. 2. Definition of cognitive dysfunction: Cognitive function includes visuospatial structure, thinking, speech, memory and attention, etc., and the Montreal Cognitive Rating Scale (MoCA) was used to evaluate cognitive function in this study, and the MoCA score < 26 points (12 years of cultural and educational <, total score +1 point) was cognitive dysfunction. 3. Age 18-60 years old, and have certain reading ability. 4. Patients and their families voluntarily join this study and sign informed consent and confidentiality agreements.

排除标准：

1.既往存在颅脑外伤史或其他疾病导致的认知功能障碍。 2.既往精神病史。 3.既往脑部器质性病变。 4.昏睡、昏迷或持续植物状态脑。 5.严重失语、视觉和传导性耳聋。 6.并发其他严重损伤。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Cognitive dysfunction caused by previous history of head trauma or other diseases. 2. Previous psychiatric history. 3. Previous organic brain lesions. 4. Sleepy, comatose or persistent vegetative brain. 5. Severe aphasia, visual and conductive deafness. 6. Concurrent with other serious injuries.

干预措施：

在常规康复护理和随访管理基础上，根据患者个体情况给予音乐记忆训练的干预方案。开展为期3个月（住院周期为一个月，患者出院后可再次入院）、共60次的音乐记忆训练，每周一到周五下午干预5次，其中包括4次个体训练，1次团体训练，每次干预时间为30-45min。根据患者记忆功能障碍具体情况选择合适的不同形式训练方法，遵循先易后难，循序渐进的原则。

In addition to routine rehabilitation care and follow-up management, a music-based memory training intervention plan is tailored to each patient's individual circumstances. The program consists of 60 sessions over a 3-month period (with a one-month inpatient cycle; patients may be readmitted after discharge), conducted Monday through Friday afternoons for 5 sessions per week. This includes 4 individual training sessions and 1 group training session, each lasting 30-45 minutes. Training methods are selected based on the specific nature of the patient's memory impairment, employing appropriate formats and adhering to the principle of starting with easier tasks and progressing gradually.
