1.评估基于CCP的MS-FRET技术不同类型样本(血液、口腔拭子)可信度。 2.探究基于CCP的MS-FRET技术在糖尿病患者中新型降糖药药物个体化治疗的有效性,并构建基因检测指导新型降糖药个性化精准用药的指导方案。 3.前瞻性RCT 研究验证基因检测指导新型降糖药个性化精准用药治疗的有效性。 |

Objectives of Study: |
1. Evaluate the reliability of different types of samples (blood, oral swabs) for the CCP-based MS-FRET technique. 2. Explore the effectiveness of the CCP-based MS-FRET technique in individualized treatment of new hypoglycemic drugs for diabetic patients, and develop a guidance plan for personalized precise medication based on genetic testing for such drugs. 3. Conduct a prospective RCT to verify the effectiveness of personalized precise medication treatment guided by genetic testing for new hypoglycemic drugs. |

纳入标准: |
①住院诊断为糖尿病患者(血红蛋白 A1C(HbA1C)≥6.5%,空腹血糖≥126mg/dL 或口服葡萄糖负荷 75g 后的血浆葡萄糖≥200mg/dL); ②住院期间有动态血糖检测; ③住院期间有血常规,血生化(血糖,血脂,肝肾功能); ④正在服用新型降糖药物者。 |

Inclusion criteria |
1 Hospitalized diagnosis: Diabetic patient (HbA1C >= 6.5%, fasting blood glucose >= 126mg/dL or plasma glucose >= 200mg/dL after an oral glucose load of 75g); 2 Dynamic blood glucose monitoring was conducted during hospitalization; 3 Complete blood count, blood biochemistry (blood glucose, blood lipids, liver and kidney function) were performed during hospitalization; 4 Patients who are currently taking new hypoglycemic drugs. |

排除标准: |
①伴有严重的心肌病、风心病、先心病或有明确的单基因遗传疾病、慢性消耗性疾病、合并有心力衰竭、哮喘者等; ②联合服用新型降糖药物 ③排除特殊类型糖尿病 ④正在服用避孕药或妊娠妇女; ⑤已知对研究药物有超敏反应或禁忌症; ⑥影响研究参与和随访的心理社会原因、酒精或药物滥用。 |

Exclusion criteria: |
1 Those with severe cardiomyopathy, rheumatic heart disease, congenital heart disease or with clear monogenic genetic diseases, chronic wasting diseases, combined with heart failure, asthma, etc.; 2 Taking new hypoglycemic drugs concurrently; 3 Excluding special types of diabetes; 4 Taking contraceptive pills or pregnant women; 5 Known to have hypersensitivity reactions or contraindications to the study drugs; 6 Psychological and social reasons, alcohol or drug abuse that affect participation in the study and follow-up. |
