研究目的:

1.明确AMI患者血清中miR-143-3p的表达水平与非AMI患者人群的差异。通过检测AMI患者和对照人群血清中miR-143-3p的表达,分析其作为疾病诊断标志物的可能性。研究miR-143-3p表达水平与患者预后之间的关系。。 2.在AMI大鼠模型中,观察miR-143-3p在体内环境下对心肌梗死发生发展过程的作用,探究miR-143-3p对心脏功能、心肌梗死面积和心肌组织病理学变化的影响,验证其在动物水平上对心脏的保护或损害作用。 3.揭示miR-143-3p/ADAM17轴调控心肌梗死后心肌损伤及心肌细胞炎症反应的作用机制。  

Objectives of Study:

1.Clarify the difference in the expression level of serum miR-143-3p between AMI patients and non-AMI populations. By detecting the expression of serum miR-143-3p in AMI patients and the control population, analyze the possibility of it serving as a diagnostic marker for the disease. Study the relationship between the expression level of miR-143-3p and the prognosis of patients. 2.In the AMI rat model, observe the role of miR-143-3p in the occurrence and development process of myocardial infarction in the in vivo environment, explore the impact of miR-143-3p on cardiac function, myocardial infarction area, and myocardial histopathological changes, and verify its protective or damaging effect on the heart at the animal level. 3.Reveal the mechanism by which the miR-143-3p/ADAM17 axis regulates myocardial injury and myocardial cell inflammatory response after myocardial infarction.

纳入标准:

AMI组:因“胸痛或等危症”就诊于郑州市中心医院急诊科或门诊、疑诊AMI的18岁以上患者,确诊AMI患者同时接受规范化治疗与冠状动脉血运重建治疗的患者。 对照组(非AMI组):此次发病后住院3天证实为非AMI的患者作为对照组。

Inclusion criteria

AMI group: Patients over 18 years old who visited the Emergency Department or Outpatient Department of Zhengzhou Central Hospital due to "chest pain or equivalent symptoms" and were suspected of having AMI, and who were diagnosed with AMI and received standardized treatment and coronary revascularization therapy. Control group (non-AMI group): Patients who were confirmed to have non-AMI within 3 days of hospitalization after the onset of the disease served as the control group.

排除标准:

1.合并血液系统疾病、自身免疫系统疾病、精神疾病者; 2.合并脑血管疾病者; 3.肝肾功能障碍者; 4.合并恶性肿瘤者; 5.合并严重感染性疾病; 6.合并心律失常、慢性心力衰竭、先天性心脏病、心肌病、心梗史或既往出现心房颤动者。

Exclusion criteria:

1. Those with hematological diseases, autoimmune diseases, and mental illnesses; 2. Combined with cerebrovascular disease; 3. Patients with liver and kidney dysfunction; 4. Patients with malignant tumors; 5. Combined with serious infectious diseases; 6. Combined with arrhythmia, chronic heart failure, congenital heart disease, cardiomyopathy, history of myocardial infarction, or previous atrial fibrillation.
