研究目的：

1.通过研究明确 miR-151a-5p 在宫颈癌（cervical cancer，CC）中的表达变化及其 临床意义； 2.明确干预 miR-151a-5p 的表达对 SiHa 细胞系生物学特征的影响； 3.以期为宫颈癌（cervical cancer，CC）的诊断、预后判断以及治疗提供潜在的生 物学靶点。  

Objectives of Study：

Based on bioinformatics research, this study investigated the expression and clinical significance of miR-151a-5p in cervical cancer (CC), as well as the impact of inhibiting miR-151a-5p expression on the biological characteristics of SiHa CC cell lines. We aimed to search for potential new biological targets for clinical diagnosis and treatment of CC.

纳入标准：

①病理确诊为宫颈癌；②原发肿瘤；③术前未接受任何抗癌治疗；④签署知情同意书

Inclusion criteria

1 Pathologically confirmed cervical cancer; 2 Primary tumor; 3 No prior anti-cancer treatment before surgery; 4 Signed informed consent form.

排除标准：

①合并其它肿瘤；②妊娠或哺乳期；③严重肝肾功能障碍、血液系统疾病 ④免疫功能障碍

Exclusion criteria：

1 Presence of other malignancies; 2 Pregnancy or breastfeeding; 3 Severe hepatic or renal dysfunction, or hematologic disorders; 4 Immune dysfunction.
