研究目的：

本研究将探索合适的多组分运动干预方案及多组分运动对产后盆底功能障碍的疗效，以期为产后女性提供更为全面、有效的康复方案，为临床治疗产后盆底功能障碍提供实践参考。  

Objectives of Study：

This study will explore appropriate multi-component exercise intervention programs and the efficacy of multi-component exercise on postpartum pelvic floor dysfunction, with the aim of providing a more comprehensive and effective rehabilitation plan for postpartum women and offering practical references for the clinical treatment of postpartum pelvic floor dysfunction.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.符合国际泌尿妇科协会（IUGA）/国际尿失禁协会（ICS）对盆底功能障碍的诊断标准； 2.年龄22岁-45岁，产后>=42天且未满1年的女性； 3.产妇需身体健康，无慢性咳嗽、哮喘、长期便秘或慢性盆腔痛病史，无尿路感染、糖尿病、高血压、肾病等慢性疾病史； 4.无盆腔手术史（除剖腹产外）； 5.依从性良好，自愿参与本试验并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for pelvic floor dysfunction set by the International Association of Urology and Gynecology (IUGA) and the International Incontinence Society (ICS); 2. Women aged 22 to 45, who have been postpartum for at least 42 days but less than one year; 3. The parturient must be in good health, free from a history of chronic cough, asthma, long-term constipation or chronic pelvic pain, as well as chronic diseases such as urinary tract infection, diabetes, hypertension and kidney disease. 4. No history of pelvic surgery (except cesarean section); 5. Good compliance, voluntary participation in this trial and signing of the informed consent form.

排除标准：

1.癫痫、心肌梗死、心衰史及严重肺感染等影响训练进行的基础疾病； 2.伴有严重下肢解剖结构畸形； 3.产后恶露不尽、会阴部或骶骨处有感染或炎症的受试者； 4.存在认知障碍或沟通障碍，无法配合评估和治疗者； 5.正在参与其他运动临床试验的受试者； 6.经研究者评估认为受试者不适宜参与本试验的其他情况。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Underlying diseases that affect the progress of training, such as epilepsy, myocardial infarction, heart failure history, and severe lung infection; 2. Accompanied by severe malformations of the lower extremity anatomical structure; 3. Subjects with incomplete lochia after childbirth, infection or inflammation in the perineum or sacrum; 4. Those who have cognitive or communication impairments and are unable to cooperate with assessment and treatment; 5. Subjects who are currently participating in other sports clinical trials; 6. Other circumstances where the researcher assesses that the subject is not suitable to participate in this trial.
