研究目的：

本研究采用对称负重式强化坐站训练对伴有异常步态的脑卒中偏瘫患者进行干预，拟通过观察评估下肢功能量表及功能性评估、步态评估指标的变化，探讨对称负重式强化坐站训练对脑卒中后偏瘫患者步态稳定性和协调性的影响，为对称负重式强化坐站训练的推广应用提供试验依据。  

Objectives of Study：

This study employed symmetrical weighted strengthening sit-to-stand training to intervene in patients with stroke-induced hemiplegia who had abnormal gait. By observing and evaluating the changes in the lower limb function scale and functional assessment, gait assessment indicators, the study aimed to explore the impact of symmetrical weighted strengthening sit-to-stand training on the gait stability and coordination of patients with post-stroke hemiplegia, and to provide experimental evidence for the promotion and application of symmetrical weighted strengthening sit-to-stand training.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.符合《中国各类脑血管病诊断要点（2019）》中关于脑梗死和脑出血的诊断标准，经CT、核磁共振等影像学检查确诊； 2.首次发病，病程<=6个月，能理解并完成指导动作； 3.受试者年龄处于30岁到75岁之间； 4.下肢Brunnstrom分期为Ⅱ~IV期； 5.Holden功能性步行量表（functional ambyiation category scale，FAC）>=3级； 6.改良Ashworth痉挛评定量表（modified ashworth scale，MAS）<=2级； 7.家属同意，自愿签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Meets the diagnostic criteria for cerebral infarction and cerebral hemorrhage as outlined in the "Key Points for the Diagnosis of Various Cerebrovascular Diseases in China (2019)" and confirmed by imaging examinations such as CT and MRI; 2. First onset of the disease, with a duration of <= 6 months, able to understand and follow guided actions; 3. Subjects aged between 30 and 75 years; 4. Lower limb Brunnstrom stage is between II and IV; 5. Holden Functional Ambulation Classification (FAC) >= level 3; 6. Modified Ashworth Scale (MAS) <= level 2; 7. Family consent and voluntarily signed informed consent.

排除标准：

1.严重的精神和认知障碍等不能配合者； 2.合并下肢骨折、下肢静脉血栓等妨碍下肢活动的疾病； 3.有癫痫或其他严重神经、心脏等疾病史不适合进行研究者； 4.伴有恶性肿瘤者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Those with severe mental and cognitive disorders who are unable to cooperate; 2. Diseases that impair lower limb movement such as lower limb fractures and lower limb venous thrombosis; 3. Those with a history of epilepsy or other serious neurological or cardiac diseases are not suitable for the study; 4. Those with malignant tumors.
