研究目的：

通过超声剪切波弹性成像技术，通过测量唾液腺腺体杨氏模量值，以寻求口干症以及原发性舍格伦综合症患者的唾液腺腺体硬度的差异，从而发掘辅助诊断口干症的潜在临床指标。  

Objectives of Study：

Using ultrasound shear wave elastography, the Young's modulus values of the salivary glands are measured to explore differences in salivary gland stiffness between patients with xerostomia and primary Sj?gren's syndrome, with the aim of identifying potential clinical markers to assist in the diagnosis of xerostomia.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.了解试验全过程，自愿参加并签署知情同意书；
2.年龄≥18岁，且≤75岁；
3.对于疑似pSS临床前口干症受试者： 1）有口干不适症状，且时间超过3个月； 2）自身抗体阴性（SSA, SSB, RO52）； 3）Xerostomia inventory (XI)总分达到6或以上10；
4.对于病理确诊pSS受试者： 具备口干临床症状并且满足2016年美国风湿病学会（ACR）/欧洲风湿病联盟（EULAR）制定的pSS诊断标准；

Inclusion criteria

1.Participants must be informed about the entire trial process, voluntarily agree to participate, and sign an informed consent form; 2.They must be aged >=18 years and <=75 years; 3.For suspected preclinical xerostomia participants: (1) They must have experienced symptoms of dry mouth for more than 3 months; (2) They must test negative for autoantibodies (SSA, SSB, RO52); (3) Their total score on the Xerostomia Inventory (XI) must be 6 or higher out of 10; 4.For participants with pathologically confirmed pSS: They must have clinical symptoms of dry mouth and meet the 2016 pSS diagnostic criteria set by the American College of Rheumatology (ACR)/European League Against Rheumatism (EULAR).

排除标准：

1.罹患严重高血压、糖尿病、全身风湿免疫系统疾病的患者；
2.应用可能引起口干的药物（例如呋塞米）；
3.因头颈部恶性肿瘤行放疗术后的患者或因全身其他恶性肿瘤行化疗术后的患者；
4.孕妇、准备妊娠或哺乳期妇女；
5.具有其他各种研究者认为不能加入此临床试验的情况；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Patients with severe hypertension, diabetes, or systemic rheumatic immune diseases; 2.Those taking medications that may cause dry mouth (e.g., furosemide); 3.Patients who have undergone radiotherapy for head and neck malignancies or chemotherapy for other systemic malignancies; 4.Pregnant women, those planning to become pregnant, or women who are breastfeeding; 5.Individuals with any other conditions that the researchers deem unsuitable for inclusion in this clinical trial.
