研究目的：

对比2%氯己定擦浴与温水擦浴对ICU住院患者28天内呼吸道微生物阳性检出率的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

Objective: To compare the effect of 2% chlorhexidine and tepid sponge bath on respiratory tract microorganism in ICU within 28 days.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.患者年龄≥18岁。 2.预计在ICU的住院时间＞72小时。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients must be at least 18 years old. 2. Expected hospital stay in the ICU to exceed 72 hours.

排除标准：

1.过敏史：对2%氯己定有过敏史的患者。 2.严重皮肤疾病：患有严重皮肤疾病的患者，包括但不限于烧伤、广泛湿疹。 3.妊娠或哺乳期：处于妊娠期或哺乳期的女性患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Allergic history: Patients with a history of allergies to 2% chlorhexidine. 2. Severe skin conditions: Patients with severe skin conditions, including but not limited to burns and widespread eczema. 3. Pregnancy or Breastfeeding: Female patients who are pregnant or breastfeeding.
